Hey guys,
I've been in crypto for a year new, just starting to get into mining. I really believe in this project and TRUST the team so far. All the signs are good and i want to be a part of this. I understand this uses CPU mining? I'm clocking in at 15 H/s on an old macbook pro. Super weak. What should I consider to boost mining IPBC? Any new equipment? I don't have the budget for large rigs right now. Ideally if I did invest in something I'd want to be able to use it to mine other things in the future if need be. Thanks IPBC community.
Hello! I recommend you to use a graphics card to mine - GPU works too and gives you a higher hashrate. I think the best is a Vega 64 in the moment for the cryptoalgo of IPBC. You can mine other Cryptonight based coins using that graphics card though. Definitely go for GPU mining, and if not, invest in GPU mining for your (nicehash or miningrigrentals). Additionally you should really consider using a low hashrate for a long time instead of a high one for a short time, since the new algo is based for that. |

will team update the algo to cryptonight v7? Monero implements it and maybe the ASIC can't mine it or mine that efficiently anymore?

Can anyb. explain me the reward curve of this coin ? I red before, that reward of first block was 10k, now is about 463. How this algo works ?

The 10k block reward was a mistake, they then fixed it to 465~ which is the intended value. This algo actually penalizes high hashrates for quick miners by raising the difficulty. |

Definitely the recommended value (the one that the wallet itself decides) 0.001 IPBC, it is not too small? I'm afraid it will take a long time to arrive but let try it. Don't worry, I did the same already and it confirmed in an acceptable time (approximately 45 minutes for 30 confirmations).  |

The main IPBC exchange https://livecoin.net/?from=Livecoin-PjNuy7zS does not have ops working on the weekend. So while you can deposit or withdraw bitcoin and trade IPBC, you can not withdraw or deposit IPBC till they get back tomorrow and update the wallet, as it is behind since 23000. any reason you always need to post your livecoin ref link? And yeah, what you said has been said at least 5 times already in this thread and should be most likely correct. |

In the long term, it is very difficult to predict. Two reasons: 1) Technically, IPBC cannot be regarded as the leading sheep for blockchain technologies, which means that IPBC coin is not BTC coin; 2) current business model by IPBC cannot justify high price of IPBC coins because there is contradictory. e.g. If the price of IPBC coin reaches one dollar, one GPU gtx 1080 will roughly mine one coin of IPBC per day at best performance. Let's assume that it has about 1000 H/s for one gtx 1080, which is for 24 hours. However, to watch a video on IPBC, it is probable to have 10 H/s additional satos for mining, thus, it will need someone to watch a video on IPBC website for 2400 hours that is equivalent to 100 days to get one dollar income. I am not sure what income that the "youtube" can receive if someone watches its video for 2400 hours.
i think if the platform gets more popular you can earn alot easy money if you release good content(videos). it will be the mass you will earn with money & anyway its free hashrate for you. this product/coin is just 1 month old, maybe in near future millions of people will watch videos on bit.tube and, i have no doubt about it then you will get alot hashrate & current price will be like free coins besides of that ipbc is one of the very few coins that have a working product baking it, many other shitcoins with much higher market cap has only bullshit roadmaps baking it. No, it is not this case. There is a contradictory in IPBC business model. I noticed that it can earn about 3.5 dollar for 1000 H/s per day when the price of IPBC drops to 0.35 dollar roughly today with network hash of about 35 MH. but yesterday, it can only earn about 2.0 dollar when the price of IPBC got to 0.42 dollar with network hash of 80 MH. This means that the more popular (assuming the higher price of IPBC coin), probably the less money will earn for the same clip/video placed on the IPBC website after watched by the same times. Your calculations may be right, but the question is, if IPBC costs a high significant value, it will be interesting that your video is published and seen by people, since prices will be high! But think of the following, what if 2400 people watch the same video for 1 hour? Suppose it has the same H/s capacity, will it really take all these hours? IPBC more than coin, is an alternative to the bureaucracy of Youtube, IPBC is an entertainment platform, then Coin. Good project but wrong business model. Hopefully, it would not be forced to become a scam coin. Not sure what makes you the business guru here, but I am pretty sure that the business model has been thought of. Compared to Youtube, this is a whole new world. |

Can someone explain what the implications of the, 23000 block, update that will adjust the difficulty.. will big miners loose interest and hashpower is expected to drop?
From what I know, it will adjust the difficulty and make it more responsive to high hashrates. Doesn't mean at all that big miners loose interest and I am pretty sure that it doesn't affect te hashpower. Just wait for it and I will test and tell you about it in detail. |

Understood nothing. I have had a dramatic fall in payments over the last two days. It was 10 and now 1 and 2. Explain please, what does this mean, why so?  Mining at http://ipbc.fatpanda.club/difficulty increased drastically. You may have got faster payouts due to more blocks being found (I recommend you to mine on a pool with higher hashrate for faster payouts). |

Good morning, someone guys who can guide me, I have time minning this coin, and according to the pool I have accumulated 2000 coins, but in my wallet those totals are not reflected, in fact I sold enough but I have at the beginning of the history of transsactions unconfirmed, what happened ? They never came to me, will they not reach me?

You should contact the owner of the pool you mined on and ask what happened. Maybe they have problems with their pool. |
