Hi ! I have an issue with 1xBit. I searched but I did not see anyone with the same issue. I sent 23.05 mBTC (0.02305 BTC) to the account n°196506345 on Friday, June 5th morning. The deposit address was 3PFuM7VdBVkRKXxo9sTwDSrZWNabXJyHe9 The transaction has hundreds of confirmations (hash: f74ab51d47ec04585fd3a04d36f6fdc5233ae1527994436238304ed427055872) But nothing appears on the account !!! Naturally I asked support-en@1x-bit.com to credit the sum to the account or to send me back the sum. And they immediately redirected me towards security@1x-bit.com. After a dozen of e-mails from Friday to Sunday, they answered to my last e-mail, on Sunday evening, where I didn't put my account number in the subject line and threatened to post my issue on forums : "The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason." I told them this answer is completely unrelated to my case and insisted thrice. But no more answer from them. Do you know of a way to take pertinent actions against 1xBit ? They clearly stole my coins there. I have screenshots and a video screenrecord to support the facts. https://imgur.com/a/saZtinm

I sent a bottle to Gmail support. I hope one day they will answer... But the most important thing for me is to be able to withdraw my balance. It is not much but I have to make it work.
EDIT: It seems the issue has magically been fixed. I just tried to enable 2FA and received the e-mail within seconds. I didn’t change any mailing parameters though (no subscribe/unsubscribe click)
Congratulations when everything go well! Did you get any feedback from them when you emailed support? They may have corrected it when they received your email. But I still have a strong belief that the problem is the connection between their website and the gmail server. It slows down the process of sending and receiving mail So, did you withdraw money? It is the most important one  Thank you so much for being concerned about my case ! No answer from Gmail support as I write this message. I just want to clarify that I changed absolutely nothing, be it on Freebitco.in or in Gmail parameters. It is still a mystery for me as for this issue resolution. Here is our email log.   Although this is not the problem that I experienced, but how this happened. I never thought that unsubscribing news emails from one site might affect other emails from that site. The unsubscribed news email just simply did not recieve news from a platform, other important emails should still work normally. In this case, I think he unsubscribed with Gmail, right? Unsubscribing from Gmail may result in blocking all coming email from one platform  If he unsubscribes with the link in Email, I think it won't have any problems  I confirm I received all this e-mails. For instance, the first e-mail in the list has been sent at 3AM (GMT+7), and I received it at 8PM (GMT+1) So approx. half a day after... I sent a bottle to Gmail support. Your email problem is being caused because you unsubscribed from us in your Gmail account by clicking this:  If I had unsubscribed, is it normal that I still receive all your e-mails ? The problem is the delay of reception. I receive the confirmation link for withdrawal, sometimes half a day after request.To follow your instructions, even if I never unsubscribed, I did it then re-subscribed immediately after. I tried another withdrawal request and it failed (no e-mail received). No problem with my Inbox/Spambox either since I tested it out with other e-mails and they reach within seconds. I am using your service for years now. This is the first time I am stuck with this kind of issue and I am losing opportunities there.

Hello freebitco.in PR, Can you help me please ? It has been two whole days that I can’t withdraw from Freebitco.in My User ID is 229032. I receive the confirmation e-mail way too late (several hours) after payment request, so the request always ends up expired. It is not an issue on my mail box, as I tried to receive other e-mails and they all arrive almost instantly. I tried to reach through the website form this morning, but there is still no answer... Thank you for your assistance !

Yeah first hand I checked if it was a problem on my end but I receive all my other e-mails and the tests are instant.
I sent them a message through their website form this morning but still no answer...

Hi everyone !
Is anybody else experiencing issues to withdraw from Freebitco.in presently ? I am used to do In & OUt transactions with them for a few years, however It has been two days that I can’t withdraw. To be precise, I receive the confirmation e-mail way too late (5 to 6 hours, sometimes even later) after requesting the payment, so naturally, as I couldn’t click the confirmation link within 1 hour, the request simply expires. I tried a dozen of times this last 48 hours without succeeding even once....

Thank your everyone for your answers and such goodwill !  I hope it may help other Bitcoin newcomers ! TBH I already tried Green and mycelium but not satisfied  Electrum is not available on iOS  I will take a good look at Bread wallet and bitcoin.org choose your wallet to help my choice. your freebitco.in account takes a slightly smaller fee compared to a transaction's fee because they are paying a lot of users at once in one transaction which would decrease the size by a little bit so it decreases the total fee
To give more accuracy in this topic, this answer makes me realize that is exactly this kind of online wallet or service that I am looking for. Meaning an online service that regroup its users’ transactions and results in a fee reduction or cancellation.

Hi everyone!  I am looking for the best wallet, online or iOS-friendly, for numerous transactions. By now, I am using Freebitco.in which is not really a wallet... but I didn’t find a wallet with lower fees. As I am writing, I pay 1772 Satoshi for slow transaction (~6hours) and 7532 Satoshi for fast transaction (~15 minutes). Do you know of a more balanced wallet for transactions ? Can you write your transaction fees at the very moment you answer? Thank for sharing your experience !

Hi everyone, I am an active user of Cointiply. I never had an issue until I completed the E-Toro offer one month ago and didn't get paid. Two days after, I opened a ticket with all evidence of completion. Cointiply Support was very fast to answer that they would still reward me if the advertiser doesn't do so and that the issue resolution would take "several days". However now, after one month, when I try to make contact with them about this offer, they stay mute and don't answer on the E-toro ticket thread (meanwhile they answered another ticket I opened for another issue). Under normal circumstances, I would have never posted to complain but my preoccupation is that I spent over $50 for the offer completion, so I feel aggrieved... Did you experience something similar ? Did someone here actually completed the E-Toro offer ? Your help is welcome.
