I will send your Paypal money first and after you receive it you can send the altcoin.

I will give you 1.20 dollars of Paypal for each 1 altcoin dollar.

You can choose the best form of payment for you (Pay for good or service/Send money to friends and family) or Paypal buy/shop button if needed.

After testing several wallets I can say that the best Bitcoin wallet is https://blockchain.info/wallet

That site is very responsive and you can put a low fee in each transaction if you have a little patience to wait and don't want to spend too much money in fees.

No, it's not. I used this service for small amount transactions before.

Other option that you have is simply trade bitcoin for litecoin (or other altcoin) and after that exchange again to bitcoin. This will provide you a basic anonymity.
