1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain on: May 13, 2016, 01:26:09 AM
Thanks for the input everyone! And thanks for clarifying, Carbs. I get what you're saying about making sure content originates from the official Twitter rather than just retweeting.

We'll do our best to work on communicating without promising anything we can't deliver, like jj mentioned. I like the scheduled communications idea, I'm going to work on figuring out how that would best fit with the Radium team. We are working on it, I can safely promise that Smiley

I dont understand this coin. Its one of the few coins I actually believe has quality devs, low coin count with a burn...it seems like a perfect coin to rise in value, but the communication isn't there. I have no clue whats being worked on right now. How can a coin build momentum if nobody knows whats going on? Its insane to me... Ive heard there are 4 to 6 debs working on this coin, why can't one of them give us some bi weekly updates on whats being done, whats finished, and whats in store in the future? I thought this coin had a PR person....What the fuck are they doing?

Come on. This isn't that hard to create some hype, and get the price back on track.

Long time reader, never posted before. Made an account just to agree with you and leave some ideas.

Some ideas:

- JJ, you should make it more clear you are involved with RADS. I follow you on Twitter and check all the updates, but I think at first glance people don't know you are associated with this project! Maybe tweet your tweets on the official RADS Twitter?

- A roadmap, because we're interested in upcoming features such as the implementation of the voting system

- Devs, introduce yourself on the RADS website or via a Youtube video! It instills a sense of stability and trust, plus we would all love to get to know you!

- I agree with the (bi)weekly updates, I'm very interested in what's going on and again, a degree of transparency on the dev side instills stability and trust. Plus it would just be cool to read ''The Weekly RADS Counter'', perhaps your project manager can work on this? If he is still on board.  Wink

This young coin has alot of potential, as is clear from the slack chat where we do get sneak peeks of what is in the works, and for once (which is odd in the altcoin scene) the ''online presence'' is lacking instead of the fundamentals!

Cheers!

Thanks, Carbs!  Smiley
We appreciate the input. Quite a lot, actually - specific feedback like this is incredibly helpful. Quick question - can you expand on what you mean in regards to JJ clarifying his connection to RADS? Do you mean specifically on Twitter, in general, or both?

Hey gerb and iTradeChips! I have you both listed as potential translators. We're in the process of redoing the ANN, and after it's finalized we'll certainly need new translations. Thanks for reaching out! I'll be in touch once our content is finalized!

hi devs and radium peeps. are there any bounties for translating to other languages? I can translate to Filipino. if you look at the local thread you will see a lot of pinoys here with lots of activity so it could really help promote the coin.

Friday Update #2

Radium now has an official Blog!
blog.projectradium.org

This great new source will allow Radium to  communicate more clearly and succinctly with the crypto community  and any other interested parties . The team members of Radium have decided to adopt this blog for pertinent news updates about new programs, developments, general updates about the status of current projects, and all things Radium.

Hi everyone!

I'm Collin, Radium's new Project Manager. The devs have asked me to join the Radium team to help with PR, organization, and really anything of that sort that needs doing. My background is in operations management, marketing, and PR, and I've worked for a number of years with a Fortune 200 company in those capacities. I've spent the last week familiarizing with the project, and I'm really excited about what's going on! Happy to be here working with a great team!
