Thought I would give my review of Betcoin.ag after playing here for some time now.

Games:

Many great providers, including Quickspin now which i personally really enjoy. Has Ezugi and Endorhpina which can always be pretty great, and of course the usual Betsoft selection. Say what you will about Betsoft, ive had some immense wins on these slots. Sometimes playing them makes you wonder why they have a bad rep in terms of pays. Massive variety of table games and dice, virtuals etc. Not any issues here for me. 9/10

Customer service:

For me, I cannot fault the customer service here. Live chat prompt and on point. Gets you where you want to be as fast as possible.

By no means am i a high roller - far from it. And this is where i feel Betcoin are very fair. Despite me low rolling, i was always treated with respect and kindly by support. Very quick to answer and assist - and actually being oddly generous for a bitcoin casino. Played at a few that are as tight as you can imagine...was nice for a change for once at a casino. I've played at many bitcoin casinos and for me bring totally honest with myself this is the best.

Customer service excellent, extremely pleasant and friendly. A lot of bitcoin casinos suffer with this as I feel they are all jaded and wary of scammers. Even with my very modest bank roll I still recieved many free chips and free spin bonuses... Wagering is not bad at all either.

Managed a cashout a few weeks ago... Clicked cashout, boom done in my wallet. Can't fault that to be honest, if only all casinos followed suit.
