I hate to be the one to complain here but I've sent several emails and even replied very promptly to your Reddit comment reply a couple days ago instructing me to PM you with my information so the order can be processed and never received a reply. I have not received a single response from your support since last Thursday about my deposit that was made last Wednesday, and now here I am registering for a bitcoin forum... Bleh. Not the best customer support experience I have had to say the very least...
