I am sure 99.99% are, we just need one person to buy the videos, and then he/she is free to share it with all of us if he uploads on a torrent site. Since torrent sites are illegal (not in all countries though) he can upload to file upload service and post on related forums the links. In the end everyone likes free stuff.

Torrent sites are illegal in each and every countries. The differences is few countries have banned while remaining have not or waiting to do so
Piracy is always an illegal action which falls under Cyber crime
This isn't totally true, torrent sites in themselves are not illegal in every country. The thing that is illegal is the content that is shared and even then some countries do not recognize copyright claims as valid or enforceable, there are many torrents that do not have any copy written materials in them and are torrented as the p2p system is more efficient or cheaper than direct downloads.

If you really want porn, there are tons of free sites that don't require you to pay unless you want specific things or upgrades, and I'm not talking about the ones where people upload content that has a copyright on it.

Regardless of the free sites and torrents available, people DO pay for porn.

When porn sites like www.hush-hush.com and www.hushx.com deliver quality content without the ads and shit videos, people pay for it.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [GUIDE] Delete your 0/unconfirmed transactions in 30 seconds on: May 04, 2016, 01:41:26 AM
Ultimate way to delete your forever unconfirmed transactions

  • Backup your wallet just in case
  • Download Pywallet
  • Run './pywallet.py --web'
  • Go to http://localhost:8989 in your browser
  • Fill the Delete form like this:

    • Wallet Directory: /your/wallet/directory
    • Wallet Filename: yourwalletfilename
    • Key: all
    • Type: leave 'Transaction'

  • Click the Delete button
  • Run 'bitcoin -rescan'
  • Done, no more unconfirmed tx's

Hey,

I just try to follow this instruction... but got problems.

I downloaded pywallet and run pywallet.py --web. If I run it it wants to download a file called "pywallet.py" which I did...
But what to do now?

If I type in http://localhost:8989 in my brower I just get a message that it is not available.

Does my wallet needs to be open at the time I do this?

how about just start core with -zapwallettxes ? the unconfirmed tx will be gone.

My unconfirmed transaction was 100% restored after opening bitcoin-qt with the following command...
Code:
"C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe" -zapwallettxes

There was no need to install any additional programs. The functionality is built into bitcoin-qt.

For the uninitiated, here's how to run the command above on Windows... (note: this will only work for bitcoin-qt v9+)
  • Open your Bitcoin Core wallet (bitcoin-qt.exe).
  • Make a backup of your wallet, just in case [File > Backup Wallet].
  • Close Bitcoin-qt (don't just minimise it, close it).
  • Make a new shortcut or copy your existing bitcoin-qt shortcut.
  • Right-click the new copy of the shortcut and choose Properties.
  • Add " -zapwallettxes" (with a space and without quotes) to the end of the existing 'Target' field (see the command above - your path may be different, so just leave your path as it is).
  • Click OK to save and close the properties window.
  • You can now open your Bitcoin Core wallet using this new shortcut. After it opens, you should see "rescanning network XX%".
  • Done! Your unconfirmed bitcoin should now appear in the balance area.
  • Close your wallet.
  • Delete the shortcut you just created to prevent accidentally using it again.
  • Open your wallet using the original shortcut.

The lesson: Don't be a potato and send your transactions with zero fees!

If I have missed something, please let me know.

I doubt that it is cheaper than any other websites out there, because the operators absorb most of the saving they get from fees and do not pay it forward to the clients in offering cheaper rates. It would have been great if they did a comparison somewhere to proof this statement. It would attract a lot more people using these services. They could offer discount to people paying with Bitcoin. This will only work, if the site accepts multiple other payment methods too. < If I paid with say, CC and I see someone else using the same sites, and paying less with Bitcoin, I would start using it too to cash in on those discounts >

Hope to see this happen on some sites soon, let's push adoption with Bitcoin discounts. ^smile^

Hush-Hush.com have massive 17% discounts for Bitcoin payments.

The credit card fees are around the 3% mark (transaction fees, annual fees, gateway fees, etc), so it's not only fair to pass on those savings, but also offer further discounts to encourage more Bitcoin adoption.

Compare...
