First of all let me introduce myself, I'm CEO and Founder of --- a Local business In My Country In Digital Gift Cards And PC Games, We're group of 5 truly nice and blessed people Including accountant, Supports, Content creators who working hard everyday under sanctions to get clean money ("Halal" in our language) and Improve ourselves through this hard time.

I've been dealing with people in this and other forums for years, since 2012. I know lots of people who can vouch for me however My focus was always on my local reputation so that's why I have no activity in this forum. Actually We were one of the first website in our country who started giving advice through our Online Assistant inside the website and make an excellent communication with our customers.

Ok Let's start the story with LWilliams, I found him in here and playerup not sure which one exactly, We've been chatting In Telegram for almost 3 months I guess, He showed himself as a bulk dealer who work only bulk and wont deal low amounts so I offered him to deal with me for a few low amount gift cards first then we can go for bulk cause Guys It's obvious way to scam! Scammers like to take first deal in bulk and do a easy job! He said he wouldn't get such offer occasionally and I said I have no rush let me know when you got, Several time he gave me offer but we never came to a deal partly because of his price because they were realistic in norm of market and partly because he always say high value amounts... he was messaging me for almost 3 months as I said before giving me different offers, after a few time we made 2 deals and I guessed he should be legit
after a while he messaged me with a new offer a few days ago, his offer was this:

I told Him I won't deal this amount after only 2 deals, so I will take 50 keys first If everything went well I will take 100 more and If all good I take 150 more To take 300 pcs today and rest for tomorrow when I take money from my customer, and he send me his USDT Address
So I send him 415$ for 50 keys, he then said why did I paid this amount, I said I told you already how I pay part by part and you send address, Then he started making situation hard says he can't get card with that amount of money and send address to refund So I send him my address but after 30 mins he gave no answer, I asked him why is the hesitation he then made excuses by then I almost knew I got scammed and told him "you gonna refund or not just yes or no" he said "yes I never get dirty money" and I myself rly didn't want to believe this man is in this level of dishonestly, filthiness, which spend 2 months and a half to convince someone to deal with him and when you trust him he ran away with your money! anyway then after a few mins he removed all messages and blocked me both in Skype and telegram...

Honestly I don't care about 415 that's almost nothing to me, Me And my team are dealing hundreds if not thousands everyday but It's all about Social responsibility I may not take my money back but the least is such people should not get anymore victim, So I PM to MilkZ, I know Him for years he's so blessed has a kind and trustworthy personality who care about others which shows a healthy level of responsibility that is lacking in our modern society. anyway, so I told him what happened he knew the guy and said he tried to sell him invalid iTunes card awhile back but he failed because he used escrow, but he didn't reported him, I told him You should've... then he talked with him again in telegram, it ended up with an argument then LWilliams deleted his chat again and blocked him too, so he made this topic to catch this cockroach...
so here we are with this filthy guy called LWilliams who is a total disgrace for his family probably with a disgusting life just like other scammers...
I believe everyone will pay for their actions not only in this life but also in another life So I'm not worry about this guy he would face the KARMA sooner or later.
I'm just sorry for him, think about scammers, they've gone through so much in their life to lead them get such corrupted to do something like this to other persons in the community knowing how this behavior might hurt someone!
Be Careful dealing with this guy. this guy will get what he deserve sooner or later but right now the most important thing is we don't let him scam any other person...
