He said the cards are from non-existing persons, so he probably generates info and then creates the scans with polish templates (very easy to get/buy). If someone sold Portuguese templates I could also generate a lot of bank accounts with debit cards from Portugal. And man, like either way, it's dangerous because why would you need an anonymous bank account if you didn't want to do shady shit with it
