Sent PM. Looking for help setting up alt coin.

Bitstamp is a joke. This withwdrawal request has been "in process" since May 13. The last support I heard was from Janez Petrevcic 7 days ago who said "please refer to the ticket #146858." which is the ticket I was trying to fix so he didn't even read my support ticket.

I understand the KYC and I don't have a problem with it I've done it at other exchanges but at bitstamp I'm not comfortable. All I'm asking is to cancel the withdrawal so I can deactivate my account and move my bitcoins to my other account at coinbase.

Maybe I'll start blowing them up on twitter, facebook and the like. This is ridiculous. What a turn off.

I've been with them a couple years.

I deposited bitcoin.

I requested a bitcoin to fiat withdrawal which hasn't been processed because of the KYC. It's just sitting in fiat in my account.

I've asked them to cancel the withdrawal so I can buy bitcoin back with my fiat so I can move the funds to some place else.

No response, its been a week.

I requested a bitstamp withdrawal last week. I received the KYC email before they would process. I told support numerous times and also emailed them that I do not want to provide any more personal information and that I would like to deactivate my account so I can take my business elsewhere. I haven't heard anything back in a week. Any advice how to get the losers to respond? thanks in advance.
