3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could the lunar new year be bringing btc down on: February 16, 2018, 09:43:02 PM
Totally.

People are travelling, people are buying gifts for Christmas.

It makes perfect sense to me, no suprises.

Next year I'll plan accordingly, maybe even move to China to better understand the culture.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do u agree that Bitcoin will go to 500,000$ in 2020 by john Macafee claim ? on: February 16, 2018, 09:41:57 PM
Note that he doubled down on his prediction, now the target is $1m.

It is perfectly possible.

That's how market economics works!

Magic... Pure magic.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there a sign bitcoin won't experience higher value increase? on: February 16, 2018, 09:39:03 PM
Basic economy.

Scarcity.

Supply and demand.

Non-correlated asset.

Just do some math, Bitcoin is here to stay.

Peace

Go fail and make mistakes. But be sure not to do the same mistake over and over again. Learn from them.

7  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to make friends ? on: February 16, 2018, 09:55:08 AM
Alright now, I need to know the exact situation. Why are they ignoring you? Also, I don’t what you are as a person. How do you act around people? How do you speak to them? What words do you use and in what tone? It is definitely nothing to do with looks when it comes to getting friends. So I can’t really help you so far since there are still a lot of grey areas with your problem.
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are Millenials Dumber and Immature Compared to previous generations? on: February 16, 2018, 09:50:17 AM
Actually, they are not. It is just that technology makes it possible to notice the dumb ones more than ever before. Back then idiots are only known in their little corner of our world. But now they can share with the whole world their idiocy. There are smart ones out there. They just chose not to waste time on social media because they’d rather read and learn.

9  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to get girls when you're not handsome? on: February 16, 2018, 09:44:16 AM
Just have more money and more power. Chicks love men with lots of those. So from now on, endeavor to become a freaking Drug Lord LOL. I’m just kidding. I’ll just give you a tip. Not all females are the same. What may work with Jane may not work with Fiona. But all them wants men who are brave enough to initiate contact. If they turn you down, move on to the next.  With practice, you will figure out what works. Try reading some help books by love Gurus. Getting girls is a science. You just need to learn what buttons to press. And girls are suckers for guys with a good sense of humor. It's my reason why I get girls? Want more tips?
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Destinations on your wish list on: February 16, 2018, 03:08:27 AM
Here goes my list:
Japan
America
Europe (All those countries there like Norway, Sweden, Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Germany)
Russia
Vietnam
Thailand
Korea
Brazil
I think there’s much more but these are all I can think of at the drop of a hat.
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: February 16, 2018, 02:01:54 AM
The worst movie would be “120 days of Sodom” because it has a scene that involves eating poop.  So if you don’t want to throw up, stay away from that movie.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Riding Drunk? on: February 16, 2018, 01:51:50 AM
I tried riding drunk once, but it wasn’t with a vehicle. It was my wife. And before I know it, I have a daughter. So don’t ever ride drunk because s*** happens LOL.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about immortality? on: February 16, 2018, 01:48:52 AM
I think it is really possible to transfer a human mind into a computer environment like in those sci-fi movies like “Transcendence” and the underrated “Chappie”.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 15, 2018, 11:38:58 AM
I'm so honoured and privileged to be the part of the community.

Early adopters, visionaries...

The collective brainpower of us is amazing.

With big money coming in... I'm optimistic about long term prospects of the price.
15  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Wallet with fixed address on: February 11, 2018, 01:01:40 PM
Hello, my wallet (Ledger Nano S) changes the address after every transaction. I know that it is because of security reasons (worse to track, I guess) but I want to have fixed address.

Its not for "security reasons", its for privacy reasons.
You can use your address as often as you want. Just don't use the new receiving address.
But there is not a single advantage of using the same address over and over again. Not one.

I'm yet to fully understand structure of the block and individual transactions:

* https://blockchain.info/tx/202ecee28d7441fae64a93ddbea780b94d7d91ac3728e8b8dadc57ffee53d722?show_adv=true
* https://btc.com/202ecee28d7441fae64a93ddbea780b94d7d91ac3728e8b8dadc57ffee53d722

Input Scripts
Output Scripts

If there are multiple transaction incoming to a single address - will it save some block space?

That could be a tiny advantage.

I have my BTC address on the website. It is reused. I know I'm at fault. Convenience beats privacy and security.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where WOULDN'T you travel? on: February 10, 2018, 04:03:51 PM
I wouldn’t travel anywhere where there are civil unrest, wars, and other scary stuff. North Korea, Afghanistan, Syria and some countries in Africa.
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Suggest me a movie on: February 10, 2018, 03:43:23 PM
It depends in what you are looking for. For that brainf*** effect, try “Predestination”. For tear-jerking galore, watch “Miracle on cell#7”. For really disturbing stuff, try “The Audition”. The last one is a Japanese film so try getting a copy with English subtitles but then all the gore would not need any translation.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: What comes to your mind when you think of Japan? on: February 10, 2018, 05:15:02 AM
The katana, anime and some really weird stuff like penis festival. Also, they have the prettiest girls. And the average working men there work themselves to death.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your favorite books ? on: February 10, 2018, 02:48:18 AM
One of my favorite books is “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley. It is the exact opposite of my other favorite book, “1983” by George Orwell in terms of their interpretation of what the future could be.
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: Solution to poverty? on: February 10, 2018, 02:04:16 AM
The solution is money. The poor must learn how to make money and make money work for them. That is how the rich do it. They don’t work for money. Money works for them.
