I have 381M/s with HIS iCooler5 5870 980MHz Core and 900MHz Memory, Core Voltage Stock, Temperatures about 62*C.

What model of FPGA are you currently using?
You can send to production as ASIC and maybe get 200MHz+

What PSU do you have?
Can you measure +12V voltage with multimeter (under load & idle)?
