1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Coinut.com - The only Bitcoin Options Exchange [beta] on: January 27, 2016, 11:20:53 PM
I got my withdrawal processed earlier today, but having good customer support is very important when you are holding on to peoples funds. Any kind of delay will make people think the worst especially in this industry. If you need help with customer support and processing withdrawals you should find someone you trust to handle it while you are away on business. The damage to your reputation can be bad.

It can take years to build your reputation, but only takes a minute to lose it.

Is the site dead then or had their coins hacked/stolen?

Looks cool,
Are you guys the market makers for the binaries?
Do you publicly publish all expiration prices rates (Vanilla and Binary)?

When you dig you get a hint on what the surrounding tiles may contain. Using this information you can decide where to dig for a better return per dig. A few players have gotten the hang of this game really quickly and have already started making withdrawals.

The map only reveals information on spots you click on the map. This gives you more information to pick your next spot, but don't take too long since someone else can dig your spots. Everyone is currently on the same map, I may expand into more maps and play styles in the future. Right now, I'm looking for bugs and exploits.

I'm trying to figure out a way to make the game provably fair, if anyone has suggestions I would like to know.

Also, I won't ever let the hidden credits hit zero, wouldn't be very fun hunting for the last credit.  Grin

Hi,

Thanks for the great feed back, the reason for manual withdrawals is to test for any exploits and get feedback.

I think as long as you can control your spending, its great for entertainment with the possibility of winning. I play for the excitement and expect to lose my bets.

How are payouts handled? When do you pay back the amount?
11  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Why do people use faucets? on: August 29, 2015, 07:16:11 PM
I think faucets are great, there is a low barrier of entry and anyone can use it to learn more about bitcoin. It will never replace a job to purchase bitcoin. Its a risk free investment of just time.
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your ideal vision of regulation of the Market, how to do it? on: January 05, 2015, 02:27:18 PM
I believe that some sort of voting and trust-less consensus would work best for bitcoin regulation. We proved with bitcoin that we don't have to trust each other or reach a consensus. A regulator that we don't have to trust a single entity would be ideal.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Bank on: January 05, 2015, 02:23:57 PM
One benefit of bitcoin is the limited supply, the simple fact that you are holding it is causing bitcoin to go up in value. The more you control the less there is around which may cause the fiat value to rise.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Was Bitcoin actually just a Pump and Dump? on: January 05, 2015, 02:14:41 PM
I believe that this is just how the technology will grow. Its still pretty new and uncontrolled or regulated. If you look at how many rules and regulations are on fiat to prevent all things that are currently happening to bitcoin. Its just a matter of time before bitcoin has the same regulation to reduce these things from happening.

16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: POLL: Allow dust transactions in Bitcoin? (5430 satoshis or less) on: December 05, 2014, 05:30:45 PM
I believe that having dust transactions is important for those that use faucets and makes it cheap to introduce new people to bitcoin. We technically don't even have enough to give 1 satoshi to everyone on earth. Tongue
17  Other / Off-topic / Forum Signature Marketplace on: November 11, 2014, 07:00:44 AM
Hey,

I was browsing around bitcointalk and noticed that quite a few people sell their signature space. I was wondering if anyone knew of a service that served just this purpose. Like a user could build their reputation over multiple forums and sell it on a signature marketplace. It would be a time based contract or post count, and allow users to rate each other as both sellers and buyers. Does anyone know if this exists or is the market too small to be useful?
18  Economy / Services / Re: Selling web hosting and VPS servers on: November 11, 2014, 06:50:54 AM
Well, it would have to be better value then my current option for VPS

2 Intel CPU Cores @2.0 GHZ
2 GB Memory
80 GB SSD
2 TB Monthly Bandwidth
1 Gbps Network Port
Windows 2012

Currently it costs about 0.038 BTC ~14 USD/Month
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Faucets make a difference? - Pay it forward! on: November 11, 2014, 06:38:47 AM
This seems like a really neat idea, maybe I'll take the weekend to whip up something on my vps. Does anyone know any open source faucet for me to use a base to save some time?
20  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Fire hazard and bitcoin minig at home on: November 11, 2014, 05:51:44 AM
My biggest worry about my rigs is the heat coming from the cables. They got pretty warm after a day. Oh, and the fact that we were pulling about 6-9 amps from the wall on almost all circuits.  Tongue
