Facedao is an awesome and unique social application. Its like twitter and facebook but integrated with Facedao tokens that you can monitize. A very good project with good potential.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Text Analysis Confirms Craig Wright Is Not Satoshi Nakamoto." on: November 02, 2020, 11:58:31 AM
Thank you for posting this informative data in this forum. Craig Wright is really a funny person and that he is really making efforts to prove that he is Satoshi Nakamoto and even using false and fake evidences just so he can have a patent on bitcoin. The biq question for me is who is behind Craig Wright and why did he did such things? But luckily anyway he has proven anything and bitcoins future would be terrible if it falls on his hand.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fees high on: November 02, 2020, 11:49:20 AM
It is really a pain in the pocket especially for us  small time holders like us. This is the main reason many bitcoin holders are now using xrp and other altcoins so they can save transaction fees. I just wish the transaction fees could lessen a bit since it is really a pain in the pocket. There are many holders who are complaining nowadays except I guess for the big bag holders and the whales.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beginning my pay in bitcoin on: February 02, 2020, 03:51:11 AM
Hello world,
I'm a newbie here but a somewhat seasoned bitcoin hodler. I signed up for bitwage and will begin recieving my pay in 50% BTC and 50% in usd. I figure il keep it like this for the next year. How many people here use them as a way of automating you btc buys? For the last year I've been using exchanges and il say forsure picking opportunities to buy is successful, such as the 6k levels buying. But I was curious if anyone else uses the service?

I am not using bitwage and I have no idea how it works. I am glad you post it here and I think I am going to check it out.  But I do suggest if you want to know how many are using the services then you should make some pool in this forum so you can have an idea as to how many people are using it.  Well I guess you should start doing a pool sooner so your curiosity will be answered.

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin became the decade’s biggest unicorn on: January 22, 2020, 01:40:20 PM
The term unicorn did really made a fuss. But what is really the similarity of bitcoin and the unicorn. The unicorn is a kind of horse with wings, a mythical horse like no other. Bitcoin on the other hand is the king of cryptocurrency like no other.  Unicorn can fly and soar in the sky and so is bitcoin it can soar to the moon during bullish moments but just like the unicorn who gets back to land after it fly bitcoin also has bearish moments.

But seriously, bitcoin is a unicorn because bitcoin is legendary. It has made greater feats in the cryptocurrency world and up to now is still the king and the leading cryptocurrency in the world. It has brought about big changes in the financial economy and has brought many people into riches in just years of holding. In short  bitcoin is the mythical cryptocurrency that is loved by many.

12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HELP !!! Transfering Funds !!! on: October 29, 2019, 02:35:16 PM
Im setting up my ledger nano S created a native segwit over  segwit since it gave me 2 options I have my money on blockchain app and getting a
( Invalid BTC address ) ?

was i suppose to make a normal segwit address? it gave me the option to use both some how on ledger live app. what do i do i heard native is better anyways?

I hope you can also post the address if not the whole just the first four digits. That will enable us to identify if what you made is a segwit address or not. By looking at the addresses we can determine if it is a default segwit wallet, compatibility segwit wallet or a legacy wallet. If you are using the default wallet then it starts with bc1 and is not compatible with other wallets. So if you are using a segwit wallet I suggest you use addresses that starts with 3.
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hillary Clinton to Trump "Don't Tempt Me" on: October 29, 2019, 02:25:09 PM
Ah -- you've heard it right. Hillary is saying that she might run again for the Presidency. After Trump had stated that Clinton should run again, she slapped back with "Don't Temp me. Do your job"

What a great timeline, this lady actually wants to run for president again and she MIGHT! Talk about an easy 2020 if she was to actually do something like this.

What an idiot.

Trump is tempting Hilary because Trump knows that she have lost her influence and can no longer won the presidential election on 2020. Both Trump and Hilary have become both a laughing stock and a comedy on social media because of their propaganda war. Also the list of potential presidential candidates coming from the republican, democratic, libertarian, Green party and other nominations is already out. And if we look at it Hilary is no longer qualified to be on the list.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra, Why Not Bitcoin/Bitpay? Or is it a problem with scaling? POLL. on: October 29, 2019, 02:17:21 PM
In my opinion facebook wants to make more money and thats why they launch Libra. Imaging if they will use bitcoin, the transaction fees will not go to them. They created the stable coin libra so they have full control. There is no mining in Libra coin nor it has a transaction fees but facebook will have all the profit when they have the majority of the coins at their disposal. So at the end it will just end up in profit, but at the same time the merchants who hate volatility will really welcome their coin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Richlist on: October 29, 2019, 02:05:33 PM
I have checked the richlist recently, some of them are from exchanges. More than 50% of BTC are holding by the top 50 people or so. Can't remember the amount though.
I have two question-
1. Exchanges are being the giant although BTC holding by them are from customers. Still it's possible that they are trying to be a controller of the crypto community which is very bad I guess.

2. If top 50 people hold 50% of BTC and BTC becomes the global currency, we may face once again the previous era. Being slaver to certain people.

Think at from the point of macro economy. In my opinion, it's something we need to talk.

Well the biggest holders of cryptocurrency are the exchanges since the deposits of people are going inside their wallets.  But exchanges are not controller of the crypto community but they are actually relying on the crypto community to earn profit. They earn through our trades and thus instead of controlling they are actually attracting more people from the community to trade in their exchange. The possibility of them being a controller is when they are faking volumes and is affecting the overall value of bitcoin at the market.
16  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: October 29, 2019, 01:59:20 PM
Some people believe that global warming is just the conspiracy to control the development of industrial country. Sometime, I think so. What about you?

Global warming is really real and the reason behind it was the enormous amount of greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases are from factories, smoke of vehicles when burning fuel and others. But there are also conspiracy theories that global warming is orchestrated. Some have videos of planes leaving chemical traces on the atmosphere, it seems that they are really planning to create a very warm world. Possibly this is to have more in control of the development of technology and profit.

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: October 29, 2019, 01:50:35 PM
We cannot really blame the exchanges for being limited to some countries. One of the reason why exchanges have limited or no access to other countries is because of the government itself. The policies of the government and their regulations are sometimes very hard on exchanges and sometimes they will ban it in their area. Such as binance cannot be accessed in the US because of the economic war between US and China. Also exchanges are also business and their biases is not just for themselves but also to protect their investors and users.
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcointalk User Demographic Poll - What Race Are You? on: October 29, 2019, 01:27:14 PM
This is actually a nice poll and it catches my attention. So far the whites are in the lead by 49% and followed asian with 34%. I am an asian and I came from the Philippines. I hope the poll will be per country so that we can finally see where is the country that has the largest community in this forum. But this poll is also good and I will check it out after a month to see if we the Asians have overtake and be the number 1 in the poll.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whet is the best marketplace to buy Bitcoin? on: October 29, 2019, 01:21:54 PM
There are many exchanges where you can actually buy bitcoin. But I will not recommend you the exchanges where I have not bought bitcoin or I have not made transactions before. So in my list I have binance which is of course will be the top 1, the next is bitfinex, bittrex and coinbase. There are also many good exchanges out there but these are the ones that I have used and I have not had any slight problems in terms of bitcoin. But if you are in the Philippines I do recommend coins.ph which I usually use.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A rising number of Americans own crypto and nearly 13 million women says study.. on: October 29, 2019, 12:45:13 PM
Even though KYC regulations were strengthened and enforced the number of US Citizens who use cryptocurrency and bitcoin will not dwindle. Instead it will continue to increase in number since US citizens are more likely to be enticed when it is regulated, they feel secure. Thus regulations have its own advantage on the increase of potential cryptocurrency users in the United States. This will not only be applied to US but also to other countries.
