1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitfinex scam and fraud on: July 14, 2016, 01:38:59 PM
UPDATE: after 20 emails and weeks of poor communication, i provided proof (WITH SCREEN SHOOTS) that my orders were never placed, nor were they even registered on the books when i placed them, they are officially refusing to refund my sum. The execuse that they are shoving @ me, that the orders were registerd and placed "5 minutes" after i submitted them, (ACCORDING TO THEIR LOGG SHEETS) this was past midnight by the way. So basically they registered my orders when it was convenient for them, and are using minipulated logg sheets as an excusem. Any way, they fucked me for $1200 USD.

Well, today i finally received a reply. Their argument is that after 4 UTC all trading "resumed" after being previously "SUSPENDED" due to "MAINTENANCE". Yet i clearly pointed out that i placed my order hours prior, roughly around 9-10 PM EST. Not only my orders were not "executed" for hours, (mind you that they executed my order hours later after a 10% decline in BTC/USD) my order should have never been executed in the first place due to the fact of, all trading was "SUSPENDED" @ the time i placed them. Any way, they fucked me for $1200.....

Classic, so the story gets even better. i emailed support 2 times, then spoke to a live agent, she/he says they never "received" any emails. I explained (IN LIVE SUPPORT CHAT) that the the activation box in the email is simply a stock photo of "activate" with out a link. Then the agent tells me they will forward this issue to "technical" support. Then she/he says i need to email him/her about the issue, when i clearly explained the problem already, including uploading screen shoots.i used 2 different computers and 4 different web browsers, 7 "activation" emails, and its the same story, stock image of "activate" and no link/s.

There is a box where is says "activate" but it's not a link, looks like regular copy paste. I tried 4 different web browsers and 4 different confirmation emails.

8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam alert : Do NOT INVEST in Genesis Mining on: June 27, 2016, 01:58:14 PM
Everyrhing involved with bitcoin is a scam, including exchanges.
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitfinex scam and fraud on: June 23, 2016, 07:02:54 PM
LOL, wasent this what ETH was meant to do? Decentralized network/contracts without downtime. Someone needs to program a side chain and run an exchange on it.
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitfinex scam and fraud on: June 23, 2016, 04:20:57 PM
I do belive this tactic is called "insider trading" Martha Stuart and Pete Rose are good examples of essentially what Bitfinex is doing. When an exchange executes orders at their own leisure, and locks you out for hours,  it's time to go, i would not recommend them to anyone.
11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Bitfinex scam and fraud on: June 23, 2016, 03:56:57 PM
The site is a total scam and a fraud.
They actually pulled the same stunt last July of 2015.
On monday June 20th @9:18 pm EST i place a margin buy order, the order was never executed nor did it register at the according time. I even logged back in 3 hors later after the site came back online after the 2nd round of "maintenance" (cough.....cough) and my order was still not executed, or even on the books. Well hold and behold, the site goes under maintenance AGAIN! and locks everyone out.
Well the following morning when it cones back on line, and a 10% price decline, guess what!!!.......you get the picture.
contacted support and told them they need to cancel that order, because the order i that i placed @9:18 EST
was never executed, the order did not even register giving me no option to cancel it. Long story short, they stole $1200 USD

12  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex - fraudulent earnings? on: June 23, 2016, 12:44:27 AM
I don't know how much they earned, but i lost $1,200 USD. The part pisses me off they are not even responding. I'm sure i will never see that money again. Don't worry dude, never again wuth finex, total scheme. It's obvious. And by the way, i have screen shoot that my order was never filled, nor it registered on my book, it just appeared 8 hours later when BTC tanked.
13  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex - fraudulent earnings? on: June 22, 2016, 07:51:00 PM
"During that instability none of my orders went through. Even the sell orders for a flash crash's of today. Is it possible to hold them liable for that?"
My buy "market" order @705 that i placed on 20th of june @9:18 pm was not executed till early morning of june 21st, essentially after 11% decline. Not only that, the orders were not even visible nor had i access to cancel them till tuesday morning around 10 am. The site is a total fucking scam.
14  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex down on: June 21, 2016, 07:55:11 PM
This site is a total scheme, i placed an order, which was never executed or even registered due to "suspended trading", nor had i the option of cancelling it after it was placed. Well, hold and be hold it mysteriously regesterd 8 hours later after the site came back on line due to "maintenance" of course BTC tanked 10% by then. By the way, this isn't the first time they pulled this stunt either.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollin.io is a SCAM on: May 01, 2016, 06:15:18 PM
I use a private unregistered mobile device, which i dont download anything to. If it was compromised, then all of my data would have been compromised, this issue only presented it self in your website.
16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollin.io is a SCAM on: May 01, 2016, 03:16:24 PM
"i already told u at chat before show us the prove, n u said just bla bla bla..."
There, ( or here to be exact) is a serious case of "mental comprehension deficiency syndrome".
I already posted both addresses, what exactly do you want me to post?
The "prove" is in my "claim" that the balance was removed from my account "WITH OUT" my authorisation.
"creenshots of chat could help show us what really happened in chat"
I posted both of the adrresses, i dont understand why you need "screen shot" of them.
And yes, i addressed "the moderators" who are essentially 12 year old trolls who ridicule and mock you.
The whole thing is a big fucking joke.

This where the coin went to,
15nh3G77Mc7Ttnv24eYfpkVSdk3FBq4T1Y
The balance was removed during the game while i was still playing. The accout and the balance were all executed on the same day of 29th.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollin.io is a SCAM on: May 01, 2016, 04:25:11 AM
Show me where i said February 29 2016?
Before you rudely get involved in a conversation, do pay attention and actually read the post/s carefully.
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollin.io is a SCAM on: May 01, 2016, 03:59:31 AM
"So the scam/incident happemed around 2 months ago and you realised it just now ??"
The site did not even exist till late of 2014.
What??? Are you fucking slow or just flat out stupid? And why the fuck are you even getting involved in this conversation? Do you know how to fucking read? Or do you have short term memory problem?.... Cheesy
By the way, the site didnot even exist till LATE 2014.
1....2.....5.....7.....Huh Where did you learn to count?
Any way, Here is the deposit adress: 19TKcXypXA6ijWBhKWrDQgT2nWq84M1NtY
Not sure what it's supposed to prove, the site is a SCAM.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollin.io is a SCAM on: April 30, 2016, 07:57:06 PM
"Do you think that an old and trusted site like Rollin will scam for only 23mbtc"
1.5 years is hardly "old"
And where do exactly the people that get scammed supposed to file a report with? the internet police?
The website is not exactly a legaly licenced gambling operation, which by the way is registered to "mr.X"
A scam can operate for decade before it is exposed. In fact, most people don't even bother since they usually get scammed for around $20 and just say the hell with it.
"Don't be a sore loser! Rollin.io has been around for a long time. They are not throwing their reputation away over a few mBTC's. Stop complaining when you lose."
You must have a comprehension deficiency. The coins vanished during gameplay. The account was created and active for roughly 15 minutes before the incident.
