Austria is not so easy any more, as ID registration for prepaid SIM cards got a legal requirement in 2019/2020.
But anon UK sims in small quantities would be possible.
And spanish anon SIMS are easyer to find then these from Portugal. Just btw

Amazon locker ?
Occasionally, I ship to a DHL Packstation / Locker address; should work fine for those without permanent home address. This is for EU though. About the Amazon Locker, they might not accept non-Amazon packages. I'd rather recommend to look at the carrier's options in your country instead for pickup / re-routing.
