One of my friend is living in Canada I wish I could go there as a visitor to beautiful places like I am told by my friend..but from here Pakistan to get Canada visa is not so easy to get... anyways Canada is been famous by it's young president and good living rules

In many times, I just try to ignore the problem happened around me, this is how I escape from stress.
Doing sports can really help me reduce the stress. Sometimes, I go for light music.
But the most useful way for me to reduce the stress is sleeping. One sleep can make me forget a lot of problems.

Whenever i'm in a bad mood i simply plugin my headphones into my laptop or mobile and then listen to some music or watch some funny videos. Usually this ought to do the work but if it doesn't help then i simply do some meditation for some time and go out for a walk alone.

For me it's very difficult to calm down my anger I do lot's of damages when I get angry but still I try my level best to use some tips to calm down my anger... usually when I get angerybi try to drink water as Soon as I can because it makes me cool or I start reading some Holly book verses these two things make me calm only
