That could be it... I have Celeron G3930 with 4GB or RAM Cheesy

It seems this miner depends much on CPU

@Lolliedieb
Hello, thank you for this miner. I have 2 rigs, on nvidia rig, with 8 gpus of mixed models (1060 - around 10KSol/s,1070 around 17KSol/s, 1080 almost as 1070 but little less ,1080ti around 22-23 KSol/s), miner is working fine. But on the amd rig (5 vega 56, around 17-18 KSol/s per card) I'm having problems with random gpu getting 0 hash after some time (1 of 5 gpus). Can you fix this or just make miner close itself when detect 0 hash so that loop in the script can start again?

What OC settings are you using on 1080Ti ?

I tried this miner, but it's not stable on my setup, and I cant get around 84kSol/s (6 x 1080ti) when I disconnect Teamviewer, and 95kSol/s when TV is connected....

22kSol/s per card sounds great.

1080ti was great for DGB skein.. but since ASICS came out diff has went balistic... since then i mine X17 XVG

lol how you find that on yobit?! It is not in twitter and market..

Where did you get the market?

I dont quite understand the question...
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ECA] Electra ⚡ | POW/POS | NIST5 | Super Rewards Bonanza on: January 08, 2018, 12:45:22 PM
That is only because coinmarketcap.com get it's statistics from coinsmarkets.com, and coinsmarkets.com is down because it couldn't handle the 9mil$ daily volume.

ECA is being traded normally on coinhouse.eu with daily volume of 500k $, which is not that bad... The current price is 60 satoshi, and this shows that there is still good demand for the coin.

So if you consider this price with all the thing you have mentioned... no whitepaper, what happens when max supply is reached,... if the project continues to be developed, the price could be significantly higher

If the coin were scam, it would be dead months ago.

And devs promised whitepaper in Q1/2018... so we shouldn't wair for too long to see...

EDIT:And just as I finished wriging my post, I see that ECA is listed on yobit... good work!

So ECA successfully crashed two exchanges...  Grin

bitafex not available... coinsmarkets.com is updating

So far only https://coinhouse.eu/markets/ecabtc working... and I like the current price of 70 satoshi

Keep up the good work

Can anyone explain how long the waiting time is for staking rewards. I already asked in Telegram. Been running the wallet for 4 days now and it still states that it will take 12 days before receiving rewards.

I guess it depends on amount of coins you stake...

I mine every 8h in averege with 11mil coins

I'm currently solo mining DMD.

At what point should I switch to new wallet?
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: September 08, 2017, 02:15:23 PM
I have MSI 1080Ti Gaming X... that should be in higher end... but I still get less than 700Sols

And you are wrong... i also have some Gigabyte 1080Ti - and they do mine little bit less, but only because they have lover clock by default... if I OC them so they have the same MHz... they mine the same, and have same stability an power usage... they get a bit more hot 4-5 degrees Celsius (but that's because MSI have better heat sink)

So is anybody willing to share their Ahterburner settings for mining Equicash?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: September 08, 2017, 08:33:35 AM
What OC settings you guys use for equicash (ZCASH, ZEN, KMD,....).. I can't get more than 690Sols per card... And I read here some of you guys get 800?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy Vega 64 or 1080ti or 2 x 1070 ? on: August 18, 2017, 01:38:04 PM
Don't we need to consider hash/watt? That seems to favor 1070. Or is electricity very cheap where you live?

GeForce 1070 0,326 MH/s/watt
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 0,222 MH/s/watt
AMD's Vega 56 0,199 MH/s
Vega 64 0,131 MH/s/watt

electricity is very expensive where i live... That's why i use nvidia for mining.

I guess this chart is for Ethereum. This is only algo in witch AMD and 1070 are better than 1080 or 1080Ti.

i don't mine Ethereum.

For other algo, hash/watt is similar for all nvidia cards.

But to get the same hash rate for rig with 6x1080Ti... you need 10X1070... this means two rigs, so you have to buy second MBO, CPU, PSU,...

But if you plan to mine Ethereum, 1070 or Vega is the way to go
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 18, 2017, 01:27:21 PM
Which model you have?

With 1080ti founder edition i get 55/56MH on signatum with OC to 250MHz

With 1080ti gigabyte gaming i get about 50MH i can't overclock too much just 150MHz

I don't know why the gigabyte model i can't overclock more.

4 x  MSI GTX1080Ti Gaming X
2 x  Gigabyte Aorus GTX1080Ti

I have different setup for each card in MSI afterburner:
Powerlimit 82-84
Temp limit 70
GPU core :+120-150
Memory: -500
FAN: 80-85%

I use https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases

Why the fan so high?

It's quite hot here, and my rig is in a room without air conditioner.

this way all my cards are under 60degrees

Buy 1080Ti and mine DGB skein algo...

It does 950-1000MHs.

https://whattomine.com/coins/114-dgb-skein?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=950.0&p=0.0&fee=0&cost=0.0&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

Other options are LBC, skunk,...

It's better bang for buck than any other card

Reading about 1070 -makes me feel like buying two 1070 is better than getting 1 x 1080ti

For example 1070 guys are getting ~ on average 400-450 sol - with 1070 single out of box. The 1080ti is getting 700-740 with +150 core and +300 memory.

Skein 1070 are getting 450-550 - 1x 1070

and 1080ti  get 900-990 - with overclock.

Cost wise 1080ti is around what 900-1k

Dual 1070 similar cost ?

In my experience for most algos except ETH you can use this forumula --> 10x1070 equals 6x1080Ti

For example:
skein -
1x1070 - 585Mhs
6x1080Ti 5900Mhs

skunk -
1x1070 - 29Mhs
6x1080Ti 300Mhs

lbry
1x1070 - 315Mhs
6x1080Ti 3000Mhs

I prefer my 1080Ti setup

You are comparing 1 with 10 ? I don't get it.

I posted the numbers up.

6 x 1080ti = 6k
12x1070= $4-5k

However, you'll be getting more speed out of 12x1070 setup. That's what I was suggesting and plus- you save 1k as well as on power. Since 1070= 180w and 1080ti = 250 watts.

Yes, because i have 6x1080Ti rig and 1x1070 pc that I use myself.. thats why i compare it this way

If one card gets 585Mhs for skein then ten cards get 5850Mhs... just add zero, it's not complex math... I don't understand what you dont get...

so 10x1070 = 6x1080Ti... as per consumption and power usage - this is not exact math.. but you can use it in most cases

And when you setup rig, you have to calculate other components :MBO, RAM, CPU, SSD, PSU,...

so 12x1070 will get you more hashrate that 6x1080Ti, but it will be more expensive to begin with.

And as per price... at least in my country prices have gone mad... in most stores 1070 is 15$ less than 1080...

The minimal web prices here are this:
1070 - 570$
1080 - 690$
1080Ti - 930$

And you wouldn't belive it, but:
GTX1070 - 10 x 570$ = 5700$
GTX 1080Ti -  6 x 930$ = 5580$

even the prices are matching the same formula... And you dont have to buy double components(MBO, CPU,...)

But if you can buy 12x1070for 4K$... go for it...

Only real advantage 1070 has over 1080Ti is ETH mining...

DGB skein is still the most "safe" coin to mine with 1080Ti... but SIGT is best option right now (I use official ccminer, and get around 56Mhs)
