Bittrex picked the worst time to do maintenance, but it might help you get some cheap QTUM.
|
|
|
Classic buy the rumor sell the news But it just got added to Bithumb so now the real pump should begin.
|
|
|
Coinone already has almost 4x the volume as Bittrex - 150 Million today https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/qtum/#marketsIf Bithumb can put up similar numbers should bring a lot of new money in. Accumulating now, we'll see how the volume/price action turns out once it starts trading on Bithumb.

Just read that they were added to Bithumb Can anyone that trades there confirm there's a QTUM wallet now?

maybe someone can halpe me how other can I explaine them teh problem Did you open a ticket? I have had many problems with deposits not being credited or withdrawals not being sent out over the years, but they always fixed it when i opened a ticket. Their system in the english version website is like from the 1990's --- but it works! I always get a response in 24 hours or less (albeit in hard-to-decipher google translated english, ha). I'll take that any day over 4 months for a response from Poloniex. So sad to see them closing down

Yup, it's happened before so not freaking out yet. Sucks not being able to access acct or trade tho.

ALERT:We have made updates to the Poloniex Terms of Use. These changes are effective immediately and apply to all Poloniex users. We encourage you to review our Terms and familiarize yourself with the changes that have been made. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you may contact support and request an account closure. anybody know what changed? they don't seem to say what changed.. just that something changed. Not sure, but the description at the top says: THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT IMPACT YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. So it could be the para 23: 23. ARBITRATION PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CLAIMS. To expedite and control the cost of disputes, you and we agree that any legal or equitable claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or these Terms, including the formation, validity, enforceability, scope, or applicability of these Terms, including this Section 23 (referred to as a “Claim”) will be resolved as follows: except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under your use of the Services shall be finally settled on an individual basis through confidential, binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879, and you and Poloniex hereby expressly waive trial by jury. This means that all claims other than intellectual property lawsuits, such as copyright or trademark infringement lawsuits, or claims seeking non-monetary relief would be subject to binding arbitration. This includes claims which may pre-date this agreement. The arbitration shall take place in Boston, Massachusetts, in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. At your request, hearings may be conducted in person or by telephone and the arbitrator may provide for submitting and determining motions on briefs, without oral hearings. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter by mail requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our counsel: Poloniex, Inc. c/o Cooley LLP 500 Boylston St Boston, MA 02116 Attn: Poloniex Arbitration Requests ADDITIONALLY, YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. If a court or federal regulator with oversight over Poloniex decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of this section’s limitations as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court, subject to your and Poloniex's right to appeal the court's decision. All other claims will be arbitrated. https://poloniex.com/terms/This looks sketchy as hell, but to my understanding, it's a rather standard clause. The question is why would they add such clause now, seems bit odd that they would decide to tidy-up the T&C wording for no real reason, especially when they got shortage of resources and backlog of outstanding tickets. They're prob scared to get their asses sued after they steal all our bitcoin cashes and/or gox us.

Anyone else getting an invalid 2fa code error when trying to withdraw BTC? Funny thing is I can log in no problem with same 2fa and works on all my other sites. I guess I'll try again tomorrow. Polo is the worst

Lol, tanking hard on bittrex. Good chance to pick up some cheap coins though. If polo adds I'm poppin some bottles to thank you dumpers Why would polo bother to add TRST if its falling hard? #minexcoin more room to go up. plus its a good project and vitalik is involved.

So this is Gnosis 2.0 then?

Yeah, you would think that a site making over 500k usd per day could hire some decent support staff. There's absolutely no excuse for it. Their support is the worst of any major exchange, save for for Kraken maybe - but I haven't had any problems with them.
Their confirmation times are ridiculously slow and their deposit/withdrawal system needs a major upgrade/overhaul. Its pathetic. They're missing TONS of features that even tiny exchanges have.
I recommend that you avoid coins that are going to be delisted or ones that are prone to withdrawal/deposit errors. Or you just have to factor it into the equation. eg how often is it happening and how much does it cost when it does vs how much you stand to gain.
I'm waiting and praying for the day that someone dethrones polo. It's so ripe for disruption but they have the network effect/liquidity and that that's basically the most important thing so they get away with being lazy and inept.

Also I would pay more attention to the next BCY burn. That should tell us how engaged the users are, if they're actually playing and buying things etc. 10k loyal users acually playing and purchasing regularly is more valuable than 100k who download but do nothing.

if GNO are 5~10 times profit, maybe now should buy REP firstly.if GNO pump, REP will follow pumping without doubt.
Yeah I think that explains the recent bullishness on rep, prob still has legs though.

You can trade GNOSIS futures on Bitmex. Already X3 and only a beginning. Everybody will tell you that price is irrationnal, that you should sell and short as much as possible at current price.
BUT because it is contratcs and not real coins, the whales who invested 40% of ICO in a few minutes will easily push prices here to be as high as possible before entering exchanges. Everybody will look at bitmex as the basis for market prices.
Like usual, the contract will go as high as possible before entering exchanges, like ZCASH which went to 10 BTC each (ceiling) or Lisk which went X100. It attracts noobs to short with leverage. Then you will be margin called because there is infinite potential to margin call every short for Market Maker. Ironically, the more shorts there are, the more the price will rise, making shorts easy targets for margin calls. The liquidity is so weak that doubling in price and liquidate everybody is so easy.
Yup, it's exactly like the movie 'the big short'. You can be correct, but if you don't have deep enough pockets you won't outlast the market's irrationality. In this case it's pure manipulation. So it's a good short, just make sure you are verrry conservatively leveraged. I made a lot on zcash when they were trying to pump it to the moon It was the only place to short at the time. It's also impossible to predict how Gnosis will be valued. If the market discounts the locked in tokens we could see $200 gnosis for a long time. Well of course it could pump initially, but at a $2 Billion market cap, that's a gamble I'm more than willing to take. Def not sustainable imo. Smells like Zcash all over again.

Hello, i saw someone using bot yesterday on poloniex, the bot can make auto ask when someone has a big amount bid above him. So, this is the example:
If i make buy order with amount 500 and price is 0.015001 someone who has the bot can make the price 0.015002 automatically and if i change to 0.015003 the bot automatically make buy order above me 0.015004
I want to know the bot that they are using?
CAT does that. Does gunbot have this capability? Does anyone know of a bot FASTER than CAT - because my CAT bot is about 5 times slower than other bots that compete with me.

I cannot withdraw my KMD balances on basilik mode? I always got an error. Also, I cannot choose Full Mode on the new version wallet?
Any help to withdraw my KMD balances from the wallet?
I had a problem making withdrawals as well, I think I increased the fee to something like 0.001 and then it was working.

Are the payouts scheduled or just random? Because I think I've been waiting for at least a week. It would be nice if you guys could make them once or twice per week on some kind of set schedule.
Payout frequency is dictated by demand. Payouts were done weekly, then fortnightly and soon moving to monthly. Thanks. That's an awfully long wait. And I didn't realize that you can't request another payout until the current one is processed. Looks like I'll be waiting 2 months to get all my KMD then.
