Scam. Sold me account that doesn't work, then replaced it with account that also does not work, and then stopped responding, I mean WTF is this?

Right now it's only available in USD. Golden Card in other currencies is definitely on the product roadmap.

4 days now my ticket is made because of my failed exchange/withdraw that my bitcoin are gone!!!
Still no answer from them!
Worst support I ever seen in my life.
We're in the same boat. It's been almost a week without any response from them. I've been locked out of my money. Update: finally got response from support that there are issues with backend and that my problem would be fixed next week or week after that. |

Is Wirex still in bussiness? Have the support people quit their jobs? No answer for days, my money stuck with them and I can't use it because glitch in their system. This is bad.

Your card seems pretty expensive, € 14.99  Advcash is less expensive and much more serious Maybe, but they state on they FAQ that withdrawal from paypal is not possible, that's a dealbreaker: Many users link their Advanced Cash cards to PayPal to make payments. You can find the PayPal verification code in the details of the corresponding PayPal transaction. Click it to see its details including the code. Please note that you can only use our cards to make PayPal payments, not to withdraw funds from PayPal to the card. |

Just an update I had to learn the hard way: as of now, cryptopay doesn't allow you to use unverified cards at PayPal at all. At least that's what happens if you're a new user: PayPal will not be able to process the addition of your card and CryptoPay staff said in web-chat that it's a new 'bank policy'.
So, basically, to use it with PayPal in any way you need to verify your card - share your ID with CryptoPay.
Almost all bitcoin card providers use same card issuer - mychoicecorporate which requires kyc verification for withdrawing funds, so - get used to it. |

I have withdrawn my money from my PayPal account almost 5 days now and till now it didn't reflect on the card so why the delays? Anyone got an idea because it usually takes 2 days also my account is full verfied so I don't see any problem in my end.
System is broken that's why, you have to write to their support so they manually syncronize your balance on card. Pro tip: if you mention "paypal" anywhere in your support mail your ticket will be automatically closed, so be creative while writing to support mentioning paypal. |

12 days so far since i order Visa Card . NO Tracking Number No Idea where the card is or when it gonna arrive 108537
No one said that customers will get tracking info, just that tracking info for your package exists, probably so they can check what is going on if you, after some time, don't get your card. |

Hello, I have withdrawn money from my PayPal account to the USD card and PayPal said it will take just 1-2 to arrive and now it's been more than 2 days and nothing usually it arrives to my wirex account in just 2 days so is there any problem with the card issuing bank?
Is it really that hard to read last 3-4 pages of this thread? |

Hey Wirex, I ordered free replacement Visa on May 16., but your system still gives me another FREE Visa to order (because I can click on "order" Visa and it keep saying the cost is 0,00$ and free shiping). Previously I had just one plastic MC card. Can you check is that a bug or you really want me to order another free Visa plastic card  did you get your tracking number yet ?
Well, no, because idiot me clicked on standard shipping instead of expedited, and later contacted support and ask them if they could change it to expedited, but they said nope. But that's my fault anyway.  Card came today. What you mean card come today ? without tracking number ? your country in Europe ? Exactly, got the new Visa ordered on May 16. - yesterday, without tracking number. One of the ex-yu countries. |

Same thing happened last time to me, I contacted Paypal support and then they did some magic and I could then add my virtual visa to PP. As the reason why the card couldn't be linked they said because I'm in one country and the card is from other country. Whatever. |

The Idea of Disconnecting MasterCard Exchange before We even have the new Visa Card is Very BAD Idea . I thught the MasterCard will work for 60 days from the email Receiving Time !!!  That Shouldn't happen Indeed, in the newsletter they said MC will work for the next 60 days, but no mention of disabling top-up immidiately. Basically no one can use ATM anymore, until new card arrive. |
