I think is possible since bitcoin allows you to do transactions anonymously, there could be many people doing out there. I think you would need certain rules on your site that will allow people to come back later and return the bitcoins because if you dont do that you might loose your bitcoins for good.

This is great news for the bitcoin community, hopefully more countries will follow Japan, but I see people complaining that we need Layer 2 because the network will be congested, Well in my opinion bitcoin is almost 10 years now, for it to work it means the governments of the world need to start adopting it, if they don't adopt it with in its first 10 years, then when? I think is the right time, this will help improve the bitcoin network.

There's no safe site to invest your bitcoins on the internet, we do invest but we know the risk involved, there's no better way to make money than you being in charge. Altcoin trading is much better if you trade for yourself and not give anyone to trade for you.
