BREAKING:

MT.GOX KEEPING BITCOIN VALUE ARTIFICIALLY HIGH WITH OWN FUNDS

Wow, what the actual fuck is wrong with you? You were posting all day about how bitcoins are going to 1000, now you're posting this shit. Fuck you.

... you think i like this ?? i wanna get out as fast as possible but im blocked by mtgox using their centralized power to block me to get back in USD..

mt.gox is forcing their power upon the bitcoin network while the protocol promises such a thing is not possible

in the least i should be able to speculate that mt.gox is also forcing the prices up so to make it look like its not some big issue while it is.. and i'm the one being 'fuck you-ed'? it should be the central powers here of bitcoin
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: March 12, 2013, 01:59:58 AM
im screwed because my coins are in my cold wallet not in mtgox... cant get back to usd anymore since mtgox blocked all wallet transactiosn now

and when they unblock it everything will be ok again and their will be no reason to sell...

thanks for this, i was wondering if i was able to redeem private keys atm..
lol bro this isn't just gonna be over in a few minutes like some smelly fart

this will leave a mark for a while

but yes i hope they let me sell to usd asap

5  Economy / Speculation / Re: my wild prediction for tomorrow: cheap coins (but not for long) on: March 12, 2013, 01:52:49 AM
you understand that bitcoin protocol just failed right?

You know, saying this on many threads doesn't make it true... No, the protocol didn't fail. In fact, if everyone had upgraded to 0.8, we wouldn't even be talking. I realised you want cheap coins, but this is silly.
lol the protocol shouldn't care if people are mining on different versions, that's a bad design

if there's another major problem in the future with the 'protocol' that needs everyone to upgrade then the protocol is badly designed

we just need Bitcoin 2 and startover to truly fix it (fix the major problems in the protocol design first ofcourse), and then Bitcoin 3 if that fails etc (naturally)

13  Economy / Speculation / Re: I sold some days ago. I'm back in. on: March 11, 2013, 11:21:44 PM
Hi All,

I sold some days ago at 48.5 raking a good profit and posted about it. This post is to let you know I'm back in. I placed a semi-stink bid which got executed after being surprised by how the bitcoin price recovered fro the plunge. If the 50 resistance is broken, I have no bloody idea where this is going but seems like the bubble has a very good run ahead. But one thing is for sure, if the 50 resistance is broken, price will go vertical and be awash with volatility.

However, I have decreased my bitcoin exposition to just 25% of what I had before. And purchased cheper =P

PS: Rumor as reached my ears that bankinter bank is creating a product based on bitcoin.

Yeah, I sold some coins at the previous top and rebought some of them during the subsequent dip, but I am impressed by the rebounce as well.  I am finding it hard to adhere to my long-term strategy of selling little bits now and then along the way up, just because it looks so darn bullish (despite the crazy bubblespeed appreciation).
yes you are right. consider in my case I have 1000 btc if i sell now i get 48000 $ but when 60$/btc reaches i will have lost 12000 $ that is bad. so its better i hold to make huge profit not sell at the wrong time and lose much money because rising price of bitcoin in the future (this is logistically speaking)

INSIDER TRADING ALERT!
Actually I've thought deeply about it. Take for instance the curreny rally, which is insane by the way. And I mean insane from a technical trader standpoint. Why is it happening? Well, it could be many things. Suppose you are working as a software developer at BWIN or some big casino or business and you know first hand it is going to start accepting bitcoins. What do you do? YOU BUY bitcoins relentlessly. I think there is an excellent chance this rally is an "insider's rally".

totally right flaab we are the true pioneers of the new world we should deserve to be rich and we will all be
because all of us here in this topic are already a long time in bitcoin we can call ourselves insiders and for sure because we know how to become super rich with bitcoins and only insiders really know that

and yeah you are right flaab everyone must buy bitcoins before it goes to the moon in price and no way for us to make real wealth easy anymore

so far so good in this current rally we made big profits and more to come of new people buying in Cheesy
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Max Keiser talks Bitcoin on Alex Jones on: March 11, 2013, 10:31:14 PM

17  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Please dont let bitcoinstore fail, your action is needed just about now. on: March 11, 2013, 10:25:45 PM
Would have made too much sense to build the site and then start talking with suppliers about deals and rates I guess. It's nobody's fault but your own. "I had to make the goal for Q1 to keep the prices so I launched before it was ready" is not a valid excuse when you should have never been talking to suppliers in the first place without a functional system for your customers to use. Nobody with any sense should be going out of their way to support what is essentially an Amazon cargo cult.

You seem to be more mad than the situation warrants.  People go out of their way to support things they believe in all the time.  From buying local and organic produce to registering on some web forum about a digital currency.  While you are correct that things should of been more polished website you can't really get super mad at them for trying and mad at people who are trying to actively support people who are supporting BTC.

I'd be willing to pay a slightly higher cost on items if I was allowed to pay in BTC, it just so happens that thus far everything I've needed from the bitcoinstore has been cheaper than anywhere else.

haha like me you dont wanna spend bitcoin wanna hold bitcoin because value of bitcoin go up only spending is no good idea  only if you wanna regret later you sold bitcoin
