As I am new to this forum I do not know much about it, I am confused on how the whole system works here. I used to be a HackForums member where we rely on reputation, and trust scans. What do I have to rely on here to find out if someone is trusted? And is there any way to find out if I should avoid a user at all cost. EX: Is there a public scam report database or sub forum dedicated to it? I'm turning down users left and right because I assume they are not trusted because I myself cannot figure out if they are not by their member stats.
