Would you mind sharing the Hash rates and the system (CPU+GPU+RAM+mining software) you use?

I like this project and the dedication of the dev and started mining with a couple of old PCs, tablets and notebooks a while ago.

While some CPUs + OS work fine with xmr-stak, others don't.

With the generic 32 bit version of the YAM miner I was able to let even those machines mine which don't work with xmr-stak versions.

For example: Severals Win 8 or 10 tablets with Atomic quad-core CPUs.
Or a Dual-core on Win XP.

You just need the yam-yvg1900-M8a-win32-generic.zip folder, none else.

For mining CREP the YAM.bat needs to have the following entry:
yam -c x -M stratum+tcp://your wallet address:w=worker-name@pools-URL:3333/xmr

The YAM miner has a fine-tuning mechanism to optimize the mining results.
And you need to be patient for some minutes as this miner tries to mine XMR for its dev for some rounds and contacts other pools.

And as a big help crep.miner.rocks shows every single worker/PC and allows you to see its unique hash-rate.


Now, dig out your old Win8 or 10 tablet or old single core CPU machine and try it.
I love to hear about your results.

When BOScoin gets listed?

Before that happens BOScoin would start its own exchange on their fast platform :-)

But KuCoin promised to integrate BOS wallet. So, I'm sure that they keep their promise.
They need volume to get bigger and BOScoin can deliver that.

There is no reason why BOScoin shouldn't start with a good price.

OTC trades are at WTB prices of $1.2 atm in Slack and forum.

Thats a good sign.

Aha, no exchange has "time" to change the API from ERC-20 to MainNets new format for free.

Oops, they charge now $400k to get that changed (heard that from a CEO of a popular ICO about HitBTC, recently).

Irk, they say new API is like listing a new coin and want 50BTC for that. (Heard that from a CTO about a big exchange responsible for exchanges, recently.)

Urgh, we have a MainNet now and huge public attention BUT our coins CAN'T be traded
and now any exchange can blackmail us for any price.

There need to be a written contract very soon for a format change of the token base with existing exchanges.
Don't trust spoken promises of exchanges from month ago.
If actual exchanges don't give written O.K. select a new exchange, which does.

Thats my message when looking ahead for what is coming.

Obvious that you didn't read my 2 recent posts WHY AE definitvly SHOULD, NOW!

My reason is not volume (although thats  fine and nice with me) BUT its the change of the token API after MainNet.

Does anybody think Liqui.io, Gate.io and especially HitBTC are just waiting that they can install AEs new token API?

Does anybody think they will do it for free and quickly?

And what will happen if you change AE ERC-20 token to MainNets new coin format and people aren't able to trade them?
Situations with exchanges have seriously changed since the last 4 month. I can tell from experience with BOScoin.

ICOs piling up at the doors of exchanges, why they should go through the hassle of adapting their API or
install a new blockchains node, when fresh ICOS are willing to pay ANYTHING to get listed???

Again my suggestion to get listed at KuCoin, now, with a contract to have the API exchanged later at MainNet.
Why KuCoin exchange? Its rel. new but growing fast, listing is not so expensive atm and the are eager to list all blockchain platforms.

Don't trust spoken promises of exchanges from month ago. Insist on a contract if you have such promises.

I noticed thats devs are reading through the posts hoping they read it and consider this valuable opportunity.
Procedure to get listed is easy atm. in 2 ways:

1. Win the voting poll to get listed: www.kucoin.com/#/vote
and AE gets listed for free within 48h as an ERC-20 token.
Next round coming soon.

2. Pay their listing fee, which was around 2BTC + $30K or in coins (negotiable).
Got that from the Bounty0x CEOs and others.

Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with KuCoin (have an acc. there of course) and
my interest is to be prepared for the bottleneck of missing exchanges,
which comes with change of token API to MainNet to the worst time.

My intention is not volume in the first place but to be prepared for the MainNets change to AEs own token API.
My impression is that the actual exchanges AEs is listed on will not do it (or for embarassing high fees).
But for KuCoin exchange it would be a win situation, as it collects all major coin platforms:
BTC and forks, ETH and ICOs, NEO and first ICOs, soon BOScoin and others.
IMHO thats for strategic reasons.
AE would be in the right place with low entrance fees for listing.
And I think a good deal can be made for the MainNet API change if AE devs talk with KuCoin about that future change.
Please just don't waste that window of opportunity.
Acc. to my opinion it would benefit AE, the development, the investors and of course KuCoin, too.

To the devs of AE:

My main focus is on BOScoin, which was a competitor to the time of the AE ICO.
But still i didn't loose my interest in AE and purchased "some" recently after you announced the TestNet, because I believe we need more and differenet blockchain platforms and I like the improvements of AE over ETH.
I'm pretty sure the value of AE will rise quickly into 2 digit no. the closer MainNet launch gets.

Now: From my experience with BOScoin I'd like to draw your attention to a problem with exchanges you'll run into with the new AE token API at MainNet, leaving ERC-20 standard.
(BOScoin isn't ERC-20 and started with its own Stellar API.)
I can predict that HitBTC will not  change it!!!
Since 3 month we (BOScoiners) are waiting that HitBTC installs our API, that our coins can be desposited and withdrawn (HitBTC purchased around 700k BOScoin at ICO and sells them still as IOU at their exchange).
They just don't do it! (Btw. HitBTC charges new ICOS with ERC-20 token $400k to be listed. Got that from a CEO of a coin, who asked 2 weeks ago.)  

The situation with exchanges have dramatically changed since May 2017.
Many ICOs are piling up in front of known exchanges and doing "nearly" everything to get listed.

You can dream of binance and bittrex, but IMO they will not list you or without an exorbitant and embarassing fee or some "connections".
And I don't know wether Liqui.io will change the token API ??
I heard from several ICO CEOs that they don't answer to any way they tried to contact them.

I'd suggest that you don't wait but try to get listed to some more and new exchanges, now, that might change the API quickly after MainNet, when heavy volume will be traded.

One recommendation for that would be www.KuCoin.com at which BOScoin will be listed soon.
They are a fast growing and clever, gathering all major blockchain platforms and pairs!

And they are eager to grow and attract more volume and you get quick responses from their Telegram channel or Twitter.
IMO KuCoin would be one of the perfect places for AE and the change to MainNet.
I'm sure they would be glad to take AE in (to their regular listing fee, which is reasonable and btw. negotiable.)

Please don't wait with that step to add more exchanges until MainNet, but do it now.

I'm pretty sure KuCoin wants our trading volume and trading value to get bigger.

Yes, integration is done manually.
But they are on it. They want our volume of course.
