I have a full verified skrill account.
I've made few transactions with people connected with bitcoins (I buy/sell bitcoins using my skrill account).
Skrill disabled my account (reason: cant verify account details) and sent me information that  I can withdraw funds to bank account.
I dont have an option to withdraw these funds because it was stealth account and it is not connected to my personal bank account.


Funds on account about : 250euros


I prefer escrow transaction with trusted vendors.
