The ban is your notice, be happy it's not a permanent one.
14 days is the total amount and not any "counter", hence it will show the 14 days till you're unbanned.

You shouldn't. That would be ban evasion and result in both your accounts being banned a lot longer (might even be a reason for a permanent ban).
