I have had my card for a while now, I am trying to verify account but it just says "Verifying" ... it's been like that for over two weeks ... I have tried to contact support but no one has gotten back to me... What is the deal ?

If I am a citizen and have residence in one of the allowed countries once I receive my card will it work in ATMs in the USA?
