Hey, I have a customer issue which I've been in contact with the Bitinstant site for more than several times ~ (Reps; Seth & Rachel) I paid through zipzap 2 weeks ago and never recieved the bitcoin to my wallet. It was right after the site was back up and operational after the attack, however, it obviously wasn't very operational. I've been waiting patiently for them to show up, as instructed, but so far nothing and as of now I am seeking a refund. What do I need to do at this point? Ive given my full information several times and now I'm not getting a response or even a courtesy "we'll get back to you" from the Bitinstant customer service reps...
