i would gladly pay $5-10 in fees to have my money in a block instead of in 200. lol

This was discussed on the previous page.  I had to wait 3+ hours for a High Priority transaction and yours is only Medium Priority.  While it IS PD's fault that yours came out Medium Priority, it is blockchain's fault for skipping your transaction so much, as we discussed here on the previous page.  All you can do is wait, unfortunately.

so it'll get confirmed eventually, just might take more hours?
