THE IMPORTANCE OF IN INVESTING IN THE KUC IPO BEFORE IT CLOSES TODAY.
The vision of the kuc project is to make it the official currency of the 3 companies that we own in telecommunications, oil and gas as well as gold exploration company.
3 IPOs will be held for this companies of which the telecommunications has begun and will end today by midnight. Acquiring shares in the company is cheaper now for any investor via the kuc tokens. And these are the reasons why.
1 ordinary share in Mada communication is valued at $100 in terms of the dollar value. So it means that if an investor within Kuwait or Egypt wants say 1000 shares in the company. He will have to pay 1000 X $100 = $100,000 to get that amount.
On the hand, 1 ordinary share in the Mada communication in terms of kuc tokens is valued at 10kuc/share. So it means that if an investor outside Kuwait or Egypt wants say 1000 shares in the company. He will have to pay 1000 X 10kuc = 10,000kuc to get that amount.
1 Kuc token as we know at exchanges now is less that 400 satoshis as I write. Which is about $0.00232 per kuc. So 10,000 kuc at exchanges is less than $25 in dollar value.
If you notice there is a very huge difference in price between the latter and the former. Why is it so?
The answer is very simple. It is a deliberate attempt to make the idea of investing in the Mada communication look very very attractive to non indigene and foreigners living out side Kuwait and Egypt and also a very cheap alternative for them to become shareholders and part owners of this company.
However, this opportunity will not last for too long as the Kuc IPO will close by 12 midnight today. After which kuc shall not be accepted any longer for the IPO.
So this goes as an honest appeal to all who have not availed themselves to this wonderful and great opportunity to quickly send in their kuc and invest in the IPO before it closes today.
A $25 or more investment depending on what you have to invest of course will in no way do you any harm at all but rather be a worthwhile investment both in the short term and long term.
Now, it may appear that nothing is going on with the kuc project because of the price at exchanges, but I can assure you that work is going on in the background. So, please do not look at the price at the exchanges and get discouraged. Those prices you are looking now will not remain that cheap for too long.

Not at all. Kuc will be in short supply so it absolutely makes no sense to dump the coin. From mining extrapolations, an estimated total of 8.2 million kuc will be in supply after the proof of work is over. And only 10% will be issued yearly via proof of stake.

As we all know, the kuc IPO will close by 31/08/2016. After which the real IPO shall commence on 01/09/2016 and shall only last for 10 days in Kuwait.
In view of this, the company is hosting a party in honour of all the business men and women within and around Kuwait and Egypt who are major financier and investors of the company.
Immediately after the IPO that will last for 10 days, plans will be on gear to integrate the kuc token as the company currency. Awareness campaign shall commence within Kuwait about this paradigm shift that will revolutionize the telecommunication industry and other of our companies that shall be made known later.
At this point, the kuc coin shall be added to more exchanges starting with yobit hopefully before the end of September.
At least 1 or 2 major EX exchanges shall also be added by the end of the year as well.

Will the kuc be burned?
No. The kuc will not be burned, hence no need for a burn address.
What will the kuc collected be used for?
If you read our vision very well in the first page. The plan for this project is to make kuc the companies currency. All the products and services been offered by the company can and will only be acquired with kuc only.
This is where the real value of kuc will come from in time. And that is the reason we wanted to collect 6 million kuc to facilitate this process.
As for those thinking the coins will be dumped, that wouldn’t be necessary as there will be demand for the kuc from those who make use of the services and product of the company.
This demand will rather push the price up instead.
Those who partake in the kuc IPO to own shares in the company will be entitled to dividends.
