Lots of places have wifi. Depends on how many people plan on coming.
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who sold? on: March 27, 2013, 07:40:16 PM
Had about 27 coins sitting forever from mining. Sold when it got the highest previous post I has seen before, $17.

Bought 55 BTC at 47.50 and around $52, sold at $61.50 at that little dip. Got scared. Lesson Learned.

You did not ask me, but I feel compelled to answer.

Roads: Irreverent. Fuel Tax, local extortion taxes pay for these things.
Electric Grid:  Irreverent. Electric grid is payed for and maintained by people who buy electricity.
US army: NO. The military in it's current state is currently creating a tangible threat to the US through current actions around the globe that protect corporate interests, not those of US citizens.
Social Security: NO.  Is payed for through your voluntary contribution into the SS system. I have never paid a dime into it therefor I am not eligible.

Can you link a reliable source, like a .gov website that states that social security is voluntary? I'm genuinely interested.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 65$ - should I buy now? on: March 20, 2013, 11:18:01 PM
If I were you, i won't buy it.

Just wait a few day and watch buble get break.

The value of BTC is HIGHLY overrated.

Nice username.

No, it doesn't..it keeps track of how much you spent online before leaving the forum
Define "leaving".

A hour went by, but the counter shows only 3 minutes more than then.

It can tell when you're active, not just having a window open and the site up.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie restrictions on: March 20, 2013, 09:47:02 PM
Yeah, this 4 hours of logged in time is a sort of bizarre account restriction.

I don't think so. It means you have to invest a significant amount of time to be able to freely participate so that limits the amount of people creating throwaways to troll.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You can not cancel a order at Butterfly Labs on: March 18, 2013, 09:23:06 PM
I canceled my order without any issues. It took a few days and emails, but they refunded the full amount to my paypal acct.

Hi! I'm Jill from Scottsdale, AZ. I'm a student nurse and although don't much about computer stuff, I love the idea of a currency that operates outside of the government.
