Which wallet to you use ? Bitcoin core ? What seems to be the error message ? I haven't came across such errors as mentioned but I do get "transaction creation failed" [used to].What is your transaction size ?Do you have a lot of small transactions divided the amount into pieces ? Please provide more information.

i used bitcoinwallet.com
i keep getting unable to complete the transaction for every addresses that i try to send to
i am trying to get 18 bitcoin transfered
nah i had a bulk transfer done to it

i had transfered it from blockchain to bitcoinwallet
after the transfer when i try to move it to any other addresses it wont work
