Need some technical assistance with an altcoin project that I stated with walletbuilders two years ago.

It has been two years and I need your help in getting this blockchain project working again.  I have two wallets open and walletbuilders is hosting a node currently for it.  However I can't get the wallets to get any connections.  Maybe you can help?

Yes it started with wallet builders only to get something working a couple years ago and get the chain stated.
Now I can spend time working with others to get the network built and get to paying people to use a product/service.

Yes I am the Dev (meaning only I have ideas that need coding) however when it comes to code I am a newbie and will always be. 
I have two wallets trying to connect and a node set up for the Tarrant Blockchain, however I am getting 0 connections....also you might ask why now? Well I am working on getting this project working again with everyone else's help and capital from california & texas, once I have a working testing app.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks.
