It will expire after about 3-4 months, I don't remember exactly. I had 5 expired tickets out of 250 or so that voted, so it seems to be around 2% of tickets that expire.
You seem to be either very unlucky or you haven't set up staking properly.

this is too bad for me. my first experiment on decred staking will gona fail Smiley
i dont think to stake with 1 ticket anymore.

think about your conclusion based on a single ticket. dcr still has a very good ROI.

you are pretty right with your assumptions - except that buying tickets is not really like a lottery. tickets have a price and you always get one (at least if you pay enough ticketfee). there's a more than 99% chance (@decred profis, correct me if am wrong) that your ticket gets voted with a 50% chance that it gets voted within the first 28 days.

IMO decred has way too less public attention, it deserves much more. once it gets the attention, price should go up.

I AGREE 100%. I would suggest investing in MPRM (http://imperium.network) ... their coin is going to be the biggest this year

Anyways It's nice to see the price rise, but only in the sense that it feels good to see others basically confirming what early adopters already know. i could not agree more. it's a sleeping giant ("sleeping" at least from the chart perspective).
