  electrum from phone reinstalled it also installed a new electrum wallet but I still have this problem. Has
  anyone had this problem before.

  Thanks for the help. I think the problem is with the cell phone. The receiving address on the cell phone
  is adding four periods in the middle of the address that are not in the address on the PC. I use the
  QR on the phone to make purchases and website on the PC to make payments. The last three purchases
  I had no problem but I was not checking the address on the phone. If the cell phone address is the problem
  is their anyway to find out where the payment went. The ATM does not print a receipt and I did not write the
  information down.

  I purchased bitcoin but have not received them in my wallet. I have the same wallet on a PC
  and Android phone but they have not come through on either one. I purchased them from
  an ATM machine, I have used this machine before with no problem.
