There are many opinions about whether Bitcoin still in bullish now or is this just a big bull trap.
Some people think that when the price decreased from 52k to 43k is a "warning" from US as El Salvador accept Bitcoin as legal tender.
When you leave USD, that's what happened, no security.

Now the price is 47k, as some people predicted, this is a vital moment because if the price hit 55k, it is surely a bull run.
But if the price down to 41k or even 38k, then most probably it will go deeper.

Solana definitely has a lot to offer. They have 8 core innovations which make it a scalable, secure and fast blockchain.
This year many projects use their blockchain. The airdrop from Solana really some money, so people is very interested to join.
However be careful, just like other blockchain, there must be scam projects that use this momentum to rake money.
Sadly, I missed the opportunity to invest when the price was low.

NFT will become more mainstream when more and more artist/celebrities/idol start using it.
For now, NFT game (play to earn) is booming. Many new projects gained a lot of attention. Axie is a very good example that a lot of people interested in this kind of project.
I think it will be trending for at least few months ahead.

I have similar opinion with most people here. Defi and NFT is still early and will still make the trend for next few months, even years.
When later Defi become really mainstream, it will disrupt banking/investment institution very much.
In my opinion, next blockchain product will always be something that closely related with value/money.
I think smart contract still have critical vulnerability which make people afraid/worry because someone can steal their money (I'm referring to last hack).
So there is still big issue in security. It would be nice if there is trend of project who make blockchain more secure.

There are many things that can make the price of a coin/token go at least 10x.
The most fundamental one is use case. What the coin/project will bring in real use case?
The most recent example is Alchemy Pay. The price got 100x from 25th July ($0.0015) to 6th August ($0.16).
There are two main events/cause that drive those price. First, it got listed in Coinbase. Second, it has strategic partnership with Binance.
The use case for Alchemy Pay is hybrid crypto & fiat Payment Gateway. They have partnered with a lot of prominent companies like Shopify, and is already available in 65 countries.
When you found this kind of project, and if later the project really succeed, 10x is very possible.

That's just an example. Do your own research.
My suggestion is, find the market cap below $20 million.
Make sure the team is active and dedicated.
Read everything about the project to get proper knowledge.

I was one of those people who predicted that when the price plunge to $33k and then sideways, it could be at least touch $25k level. I was wrong.
I was surprised when the price surged from $29k to $40k. I thought it was because of Amazon news. When Amazon gave clarification and correction happened to $36k, that's very defining moment.
If the price increase, I believe that many people believe that Amazon news is actually true. So in my opinion, this is not really FOMO, because if that Amazon accepting crypto (and probably will be followed by other e-commerce) will happen, then even $100k is possible.
I think this one is not the 4 years cycle that btc price would dump to -60%. I think no. Crypto become a lot more popular, a lot of money come to crypto market because many financial institution start to invest.
Defi, NFT and other crypto space/product is also a big push as they offer more lucrative way of investing.
Let's see how much will this bull run peak at. Otherwise there's still a little possibility of this is actually bull trap.

I had completely opposite opinion at the end of 2020. I predicted the price would crash because people need cash and bitcoin is not really a safe investment. I was really surprised when the price surge in the beginning of January hitting $40k. Then it goes on with Elon and so on. I also searching news about that $1200 stimulus money and it’s true. For NFTs, I think it’s still a bit controversy because people still debating the ownership, authenticity, etc.
I actually believe when the bearish season start that the price would touch at least $25k at the end of July or beginning of August, but again, it’s only $29k and the opposite the price hike again until $40k.
So yes, this pandemic time bring a lot of money not only to Bitcoin but also crypto market in general.

I don't think holding is risky? It depends if you're in the short term or long term. As for a short time, it will not be profitable for sure as the market value right now is not very stable.
If you hold it for a longer time, there's a high chance that you can gain a profit from it as long as you wait for a good price to sell.

Before, I saw many investment schemes on google ads on a website that I visit daily. It's a pyramid scheme with a note that your money will be x10 within a week.
