1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinonatX-PoW/PoS-Masternodes-75% APR (CXT Sister) -NEW THREAD on: October 22, 2017, 10:40:58 PM
For the most stable Masternode, which Operating System do you suggest to run the Masternode on? (i.e.  Ubuntu, Windows, Raspberry Pi, Server software or VPS)

All of these will be behind a firewall. Should the Masternode be put in the DMZ or just redirect ports?

Thanks

Since I can not find a working pool for CoinonatX.

Does anyone know where the official github is for the source for the coin, so I can create a pool for it?

Thanks

I have downloaded and followed the steps that would run on windows.
I have configured the configuration files following the guides.

I have installed MySQL on Windows 2008 R2 standard.
Created a Database and user for MPOS
Created a database and user for Litecoin
Edited the config files to point to the databases

Now when I try and run the server this is what I get:

I noticed that the http://www.coiniumserv.com is no longer for the coiniumserv software. I am willing to host the coiniumserv webpage for free. I am in the process of building my first mining pool with coiniumserv. So I would like to help the cause.

Has anyone heard from bonesoul, about continuing this project. I am will to donate to the project but I want to know if the project is still growing.

I am in the process to create a mining pool for TIPS. Does anyone have any suggestion on what the front and back end should be for best results?

Thanks

I have went to http://www.fedoracoin.xyz/ and found that there are only two exchanges listed so far. But When I go to the exchanges they do not show any support for Fedora Coin (TIPS). Is there a working exchange currently?

Thanks

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / What Mining multi-Pool server software is out there to use? on: August 19, 2016, 05:04:10 PM
I have been trying to find out what Multi-pool Server software is out there.

So far I have found these?

coiniumServ - https://github.com/CoiniumServ/CoiniumServ
unomp - https://github.com/UNOMP/unified-node-open-mining-portal
nomp - https://github.com/CoinHashMe/NOMP
mpos - https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos
p2pool - http://p2pool.org/

I would like to know if there are anymore Multi-pool Server software is out there and still being active. I am a NOOB looking into creating my own multi-pool at my home. I am trying to teach myself how to install, configure and run a live private pool for myself. I have several ASIC miners for Bitcoin, Litecoin and x11. I am currently running a dell xeon server with esxi, with a vm of Ubuntu desktop 16.04.1 LTS. With 32gb Ram and 100gb of Disk space.

I am interested in helping with Fedoracoin by hosting a node and a pool. But my knowledge on creating a pool is next to nul, I am willing to learn.

I have been mining feroracoins on multipool.us and taking them to bter.com. But I am no longer able to mine on there correctly. So I found out that they have not upgraded to the new wallet. I have now opened an a account with novaexchange and they say they have the new wallet.

I have tried to mine on the http://fedora.poolto.be/ pool, but they are having problems with the backend. I have tried the other pools that this thread talks about but no luck there. So I would like to get a working node and running pool on my equipment and using the novaexchange to see if the new wallets are working correctly.

I am willing to learn.

Thanks

In order to support update,Sell coin on bter ,Buy back from novaexchange.
Need windows wallet,Then can withdraw from novaexchange

So What your saying is there will be no more mining of ferodacoin, you can only buy and sell ferodarcoin from now on?
