It depends on what you are selling say they are buying BTC from you and you charge 1.08 for each dollar they want to buy. Your price will be a 0.08 cent profit on every dollar it's an easy way for people to transfer their BTC over to cash via PayPal Amazon ACH etc. So they pay the extra 0.08 for the transfer into whatever method they have chose that you are offering.
