1  Bitcoin / Mining / Contract Mining - Coin Mining Coop on: January 30, 2014, 08:06:38 PM
Anyone know anything about these guys? Prices seem reasonable, but they are preorder. http://www.coinminingcoop.com

Appreciate any feedback. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place but I did not find a topic for contract mining.

Still didn't answer the question. What is the minimum you will take for these units?
3  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 10x ASICMiner Blades w/ backplane+psu Lowered![0.20 each] on: January 14, 2014, 05:10:13 PM
Problem is that you are facing increased difficulty and @ 100GH/s payback will take 3 months at 2BTC. You have a good rate, just the market is changing. I will go to 1.6 so let me know if you are interested around there. I don't want to be unreasonable either but that will be about a 2.5 month payback which is as high as I can go. Thx and good luck.

will pay 1.5 for all including ship to SoCal. Also need to know by end of day just because I have other equipment I can buy. Thx.

So how much do you want for the 2 cubes and blade? If you just bought them then why are you selling?
6  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] - 2 ASIC Cubes + 1 Blade on: January 14, 2014, 03:29:01 PM
Hi Bryan,

Not sure how much you want for them but hash rate is challenging. I am building up my equipment piecemeal though and will pay 1 BTC including shipping. Let me know if that works.

Thanks

Hi Gweedo,

Thanks for the inquiry. Sending you a pm with the details you requested.

Can you pm details also can you explain why it is worth 100BTC or ~$70k? Do you have any profits?

I seriously doubt a half-finished website (plus "ran out of dev money") has generated a cent. Its a firesale.

You never know, he could have sold featured spots on the site to raise money. You don't have to have a product to sell things Wink

Also I forgot what language is it written in.

Thanks for the well wishes in the post above although I may have detected a hint of sarcasm Wink

Anyway, you are looking at this as if the cost basis is $70K when in reality it is much lower for many who have been in btc a while. I ran out of money to finish this site because I am in the process of launching 4 others and while this is probably my favorite project, it doesn't make sense to stick this one out at the expense of the others. This is a sound project and not sure why you are commenting if you have no interest. Someone with vision will see the value in the project as I have. Also, would love to VC it out and am flexible in terms to finish it off but that is a discussion for someone who is interested.

Thanks

9  Economy / Digital goods / MPS Site for sale on: December 25, 2013, 04:15:43 PM
I am selling a btc/ltc merchant payment processing site. Price is 100 BTC escrow OBO. This is a completely serious sale as I have run out of development money and need to sell this business model asap. I will disclose details to serious buyers only.

Site is roughly 50% complete and will accept payments in BTC and LTC with multiple payment interfaces. Strong domain name. Supports functions such as subscription invoicing and daily payout. I will accept VC investment for a percentage if you want me to complete the site but need the investment up front to cover outstanding expenses.

There are roughly 100 man hours necessary to complete the site and it will be up and running on a dedicated server. I will transfer all logins and assets on purchase and am flexible as to how you want to complete the sale.

Please serious inquiries only. Site is for sale in multiple areas so subject to whoever closes first. Thanks.

Nice. I only have a year's worth of production to go. I am still excited though and know BFL has had its challenges.

no. should I be? I think there would be better airflow but it makes that much difference? what about everyone else and their 600+ MH/s? Am I the only person in the btc universe not using risers? Great.  Wink

Seriously though, is the performance impact that much? What other ideas other than straight oc'ing? Speaking of oc'ing, is there a best setting that anyone has found for performance vs temp? 900mhz? 960mhz?

How are you guys getting these clock speeds? i have gb/saphire/pwr color and all run around 450mh/s on dual pcie x16. tried oc'ing and 7950's got super hot and started shutting down. would love to double production so am open to recommendations. out of the three brands I like the saphire best. Had to send one of my gb's back already. pain. thx. have a twin frozr on the way so we will see what that one does.
