This will not happen, 10 years is way to short and 1 million is way to high.... I would like to see this happening but I doubt it would be even in 100.000 USD per bitcoin.

Just download the wallet for linux and start it up trough SSH and detach the proces from the SSH connection and it will work like a charm.

Will you set up a hosting company in Iceland that sells his rackspace to another company on some shady island, and the real mining company or will the whole company be in Iceland? Just selling rackspace to some other company would give some more profit and isn't illegal to my knowledge.
