1  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe and Bitstamp[Main topic] on: December 12, 2017, 08:26:37 PM
Maybe it's a problem with my pc and my virtual machine
ahhhh
Firstly - I did not ask you, but Stephan.
I have 7 bots on VDS server
Excellent

I do not need your grades
So what Stephan? I repeat - I'm losing my time and my money. Volume of my trade is decreased=Bitstamp fee is increased(not for BCH). Answer here - let everyone know, your bot does not work, the forum is dead.
3 days - its a valid reason for a refund, Stephan?

You should run the software on a vps or dedicated server for the besr results. Bch bitstamp pairs will be added.
I have 7 bots on VDS server - all right! Firstly your need to update your bot, and after you can write - Bitstamp is supported.

VLADIMIR
Hi- BCH trade on Bitstamp not supported. I bought bot just for it! What i need to do now? It doesnt working on my notebook - it doesnt working on virtual machine.Really - im losing my time and money. Can you delete my account and my license key   and send me my bitcoins?
STEPHAN
Hi, we have done some background checking and it is no problem for us to support this new market but it going to require a update of the hasbot to make this work. Bitstamp its API is not broadcasting which market they support so it is all hardcoded. We do not give refund for this, we going to adapt to it. So we are going to shedule a update for this.
 VLADIMIR
And how much time I need to wait ? I repeat - I'm losing my time and my money. And it's because of you. On your site is written - Bitstamp is supported, so firstly your need to update your bot, and after you can write - Bitstamp is supported. So or you refund my money, or I will leave "very good" review on bitcointalk for you !!! Thank you very much !!!

STEPHAN What a agression, that really not needed here. We support Bitstamp just like stated on the website and we just have to adapt to the new market. I sheduled it in and that means we will adapt quickly. It just take a little bit to code and verify it, that is common procedure. Just like its comon procedure to fix the time you need to wait for it. So you go no losses, its compensated
VLADIMIR
No agression, Stephan. Sorry. But it doesn't work. Maybe it's a problem with my pc and my virtual machine. But with others bots - no problems. On Bitstamp BCH trade with 0%fee only for this year.
STEPHAN
Oh that got lost in translation i suppose. But i will try to make sure that we got a small update tomorrow to adapt to this. i want you to benefit this 0% as much as possible and i suppose more people want this. So the pressure is high for us to respond quckly.
VLADIMIR
Sorry, bro. I tried again. It's doesn't work. I deleted Haas Online Server from my pc and from my virtual machine. I wait my bitcoin. Sorry.
STEPHAN
Its not working because a update of the haasbot is required. We got to make a new version and release that. That is what we are doing right now and i expect that we issue the update tomorrow.
VLADIMIR
Too late. Now I don't have haasbot. You know that you need to do.
STEPHAN
Yes i know what to do, we are following procedure to fix this in a reasonable timeframe now. If the timeframe takes to long the its a valid reason for a refund. Like i said, i estimate it takes a day or so.

So what Stephan? I repeat - I'm losing my time and my money. Volume of my trade is decreased=Bitstamp fee is increased(not for BCH). Answer here - let everyone know, your bot does not work, the forum is dead.
