I got a quite serious concern though: I played for about 3 hours and decided to cash out whatever's left of my account. Followed the cash out instructions, verified the request in my email. But it's been 21 hours since my cash out request and the status is still showing "pending". What gives? The account was eager to take my deposits in seconds, but it would take 20+ hours to withdraw? Can someone help?

This delay is concerned with our system update, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience, usually it really takes no more then 24 hours if we speak about withdrawal in less than 5 BTC.
It's been 3 days since you mention you will affect my withdrawal, I've been very patient and very nice about the delay. Your comment "takes no more than 24 yours" bears no weight now. Please just return my BTC. It's not even 1 BTC left in my account. Don't know what's the hold up as I watch the value of my coins go up and down every minute throughout the weekend while waiting.
Still haven't gotten my withdrawal payments, yet. Followed all instructions, and have been waiting 4.5 days so far for not even a bitcoin worth. I just don't know how to inject more coins to play bigger games on this website. Can someone please help? I hear from a friend that I can contact the FBI or involve some local police station to get on a case with this. What's the right thing to do here?
