so lets say i got my pi running with the rokos flavors os going....after i sync up my selected wallets how do transfer over my private keys and keep my stake weight?

hope that makes sense, i just want to move my wallets to my PI without having to actually send the coins to a new wallet...

2 ways to do so:

1st) Check if the wallet you want to move comes from a db4.8.30 wallet version (from win, os or linux)

Wallets for ROKOS are built using the official db4.8.30, so if your wallet is already on the standard then you can just make a backup of it and move the wallet directly to ROKOS (to its proper coin folder).

else if the db is not compatible:

2nd) then you can dump your private keys from the main wallet and import them to the new wallet.

Most clients supports import and export of private keys with importprivkey / dumpprivkey

use is easy, just go to your main wallet debugg console and:

- dumpprivkey <coinaddress>

(write down the private key you get, you will need it to import it to the new wallet.)

and then go to your new wallet and:

- importprivkey <privatekeyyougotfrompreviousstep>

Very informative and helpful thanks! Also is there a detailed explanation somewhere on how to expand the storage on the raspberry pi?

u need wallet version 2.1.0.4
rokos devs are informed

https://github.com/BitcoinFullnode/ROKOS-OK-Bitcoin-Fullnode/issues/5

try get a status about rokos dmd wallet release from them

regarding pow we have the hybrid pos/pow solution because of the added security
a hybrid block production is much more resistemt against a lot of possible attack vectors

hybrid is the reason why dmd without waste lot energy still is very secure

dmd pow mining is done via gpu

Thanks for the info, could you possibly point me in the right direction on how to expand the file system of my PI? It's in the directions from the ROKOS thread but not in detail.

Hey guys,

I am trying to get a DMD wallet synced up on a raspberry PI with the Rokos Flavors OS. I am having some issues with the DMD wallet, for one I don't think it is the most up to date wallet. The wallet on the rokos os is 2.1.0.1 so I guess I will need to update that somehow?

Also it doesn't seem to want to sync at all, so maybe I will have to edit the config file but I am not sure how to do that on this OS. Any help or links to previous discussions would be greatly appreciated.

On the other hand I am trying to fully understand the dynamic of DMD's hybrid POS/POW.

I understand that 50% of the blocks are mined via POS, so the other 50% are mined POW via the Groestl algo? Does this mean its Asic resistant and more profitable with GPU? hope my questions make sense. Thanks guys!

Trying to track down some coins that I overlooked....I don't understand this transaction?

What's that output mean that says not yet redeemed??

It means the coins have not been spent and still remain at that address

Right on, I am just trying to figure out where some coins went that I withdrew from polo.

Here is my withdraw from polo
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pot/address.dws?PDfBmEMuKhBaysqzLLQF9bJixTJFwecUtq.htm

After that they were sent to a dif address in this block
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pot/tx.dws?2616898.htm

They end up inside a big wallet of 1mil+

I am just dumbfounded how I could not remember what happened to them, I keep telling myself I sold them on bittrex or maybe even crytpsy but how would I even be able to tell. Rex trade history doesn't go back that far and we all know cryptsy info is long gone.

From the looks of it those coins are still in a Poloniex wallet now.  That address with the 1M+ coins is a Polo address, however your coins made a few stops on the way there.  Did you ever receive your withdrawal from Polo ?   Did you send the coins to a desktop wallet or to an exchange, or potwallet ?

I think I would have sent them to a desktop wallet then maybe back to polo? Still very confusing to me, are the transactions around the time we moved to POSV?
