If I have access to a cloud provider for free like azure, can I make serious profit mining a cpu coin?
I tried MXR using cpuminer (minered) on ubuntu 14.04 16 core instance but it gave me modest rate on minergate.com pool (~600 H/s), is this normal? the cpu utilisation was around 60%.

can you advise  on a what is wrong or a better coin to mine with CPU?
