Reminds of me of freebitco.in a lot, like the rolling a number for a reward, and the lottery. Your provably fair system needs a bit of changing, since you can't pick what the client seed it. If you have played a bunch, and say, are always betting on high, you could pick a seed that has more low numbers compared to high ones for the first few thousand/hundred bets. Also, a 5% house edge? Don't expect people to actually deposit to your site with an edge that high.
Could you please prove that you are solvent? You accept 39 BTC bets at a 4750 multiplier, so please sign a message from an address with at least 100k BTC, since the payout for that would be 185k BTC.
