seem like they didn't plan ahead of time for this. the refund is much of a work than doing an ico for the 2nd time to acquire the required funds.
Their tech and business plan is not enough to raise 1.75M USD, ark, wings, much better than inchain but only raise less than 2k btc so far, 1.75M is a dream |

You need 1.55 m more, where do you raise so much money without better promotions on forum and social media, and with current facebook and twitter abusers, this will never get such big fund. I have to say OP is incompetent.

1. he didn't hear people's words, to use TVE for effective social media campaigns instead with current low level spammer campaign, spammer campaign is dead and almost does void on promotion. I saw he said ok he would use TVE, but the fact is not. Now TVE doesn't need you.
2. too high and unrealistic limit, 1.75 million?
3. signature campaign is bad, too greedy you ask people to post 50 while others are 20-30, ark even doesn't require a post, that is why this campaign only attracts few people.

Big dump on ICONOMI. Maybe some people dumping into ARK!  Very possible, iconomi is overhyped and overbought, it is worth less than 10k sat, but people insanely invested it in ico for 10.5 million usd. I can't believe, but ark ico is so underestimated right now, ark is the real project worth 15k btc, or 20k. |

I feel persmistic about your funding, although 230 btc worth invested now, still has a big obstacle to reach 2000 btc or more.
With my own math I think they need more than 2500BTC, the team is doing well but I think they don't have the support of Big wigs in Crypto to recommend the project or Whales interest in the project so far. People like to be told what to do, though they will denied it. A good example is if Vitalik tweet about this new project on Ethereum all his followers will rush into Inchain, won't they? It only needs a news that a big exchange like Kraken or polo got hacked and then insert in the news about insurance platform inchain, this will get their hands to it. If the team needs someone to fud around and get articles to be published that an exchange was hacked, let me know I should be able to make a buzz around the entire cryptcommunity. LMAO, yes, inchain is need to be used only in that way, big exchange hacked, and ceo came to talk with exchanges, exchanges say ok, i use your service, this project will be be big like this way. |

2235 BTC (collected so far in ICO) + 6800 BTC (from BTCD swap) = 9035 BTC marketcap And there's still about a month more to go, bad thing is that it might not leave much room to grow in terms of price per coin/market cap when coin launches. Guys, the date is set, And ICO will start on Monday 24th October 2016.
Escrow will be announced ahead of ICO when everything is settled between all parties.
In the middle of ICO, we'll do our best to put up a photo sharing web application this will help further strengthen and correct errors when encountered to prevent a delay in launch after ICO.
All other things should be set including forum redesign by the time ICO starts.
