This address is the problem if you take a look you will see a lot of unconfirmed transactions on it!

Do you know that address?

I got it!

Yep, I know this address.

I'm not an advanced user of bitcoin yet, so please, clarify it for me:

- I transfer a value from a bitcoin wallet "Wallet A" to another one "Wallet B" and send bitcoins from this "Wallet B" to a third one "Wallet C";

- If I have unconfirmed transactions being put in "Wallet A" after the above transaction is sent, does it impact the transaction from "Wallet B" to "Wallet C"?

Thanks for your time.

Yes!

The transaction from B to C will only confirm after the transaction from A to C is confirmed!

If you by mistake put a transaction from A to B with a very low fee the miners won't include it in the first block found, but if at transaction from B to C you put a higher fee than usual miners will want to include your transaction and first they will have to include the transaction from A to B and after that B to C. include can be replaced with confirm.

Also I did this mistake a few years ago and after I put the second transaction with a higher fee it confirmed within a few minutes s both transactions were included in the first block found.

If B to C would not depend on A to B then it might be possible to double spend.

Awesome!

I really appreciate your time for answering me.

Yep!

Thanks for your response.

But do you have a clue about this long waiting time?

Thanks again!
The fee was probably too low. According to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/, the recommended fee is ~80 satoshis/byte, you paid 50 satoshis/byte.

Thanks!

I thought 50 satoshis/byte was a good one. I'll increase it next time.

Hello!

I have a transaction sent about 5 hours ago with a transaction fee of 0.0005 BTC/kb.

Transaction link:
https://blockchain.info/tx/aa4b0f453c893f81c6fb79416480173288e4163f5991148fbb7c42deec979f00?show_adv=false

I'm used to do it normally and it always worked. But now it has been stucked with no confirmations.

Can you please enlight me about what is the cause?

Thanks!
