What IBAN would benused for SEPA or what country will receive the transaction?

Hi party ppl 

I might need your help because Im searching now for a long time but cant really find a card for my needs. Maybe you could give me some advise. Would need following:

Physical card (virtual would be ok but not perfect)
German IBAN, even if its just a corresponding bank as middleman.
Receiving deposits from third persons because I get most of my money from family members.

Verification via documets is okay for me and the min. max. deposit/withdrawal should not be 1000 Euros but up to 500 would be okay.

I want to ask if it is possible to deposit money via third persons after verification by documents?
I would receive money from my german parents and my older sister via SEPA here in germany.

The next question is a bit more complicated.
The online banking software of my farther need a Day of Birth for every transaction (for sender and reveiver).
Will the german banks be able to use your bankingsystem to check the DOB I entered at registration and verification?
Otherwise many transactions wouldnt be possible for me.
