1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: October 21, 2013, 02:30:08 PM
Hi,

I have a strange issue with my v2 blades.
They are new and this is the first time I try to run them.
The issues is that their hash rate goes up to 5Gh/s than falls back to 0 than up again but never above 5Gh/s.

I tried with mining_proxy and with bfgminer and with both it's the same behaviour.
BFG miner marks the proxy as sick.

I also tried using a different switch but same result.

I checked the voltage and it seems to be fine. The temperature is ok as they are in a server room with good air flow.
All chips are marked O.

Anyone had this kind of issue ?

Thanks.

All is back to normal. Miners are connecting and submitting shares normally.

Sorry for rude wake up and thanks for the lightning fix  Smiley

Hi,

Is there an issue with stratum servers ?
All my workers are reporting connection failures.

Thanks

They are under a DDOS attack

This is from their twitter account
https://twitter.com/blockchain

Due to a large DDOS attack the datacenter has null routed our IP addresses during the night. Servers themselves are fine.
Should not be long now until were back. Still investigating how the attacker was able to discover our real none-cloudflare IPs.

Hi,

I have setup a new rig with 3 7790 and I would like to share my findings in this thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=156411.0

This GPU is not bad (good power consumption and temp) but for now has seriously limited OC capabilities.

Thanks.

Ivan

Also if it hangs try lowering the GPU clock.
You probably OCed too much
