I think I have the exatcly same problem as these other guys ...
Because I put my whole mtgox account number on the bitinstant form ...
Ex : M72727X
Instead of just put only the numbers
I also used ZipZap so let me know if you need the zipzap account number

I have tried to reach BitInstant support by web form and e-mail to no avail. I have two pending transactions that should already been completed:

I made the payments through ZipZap/Ebanx as instructed and they e-mailed me saying the merchant had been informed. What is the problem?
